On time, job well done, very polite tech. Excellent!
We’ve used Zerorez numerous times and have always had an extremely kind and polite employee show up. They’re always nice to our two big dogs (which i know can be a bit overwhelming) and they even strike up conversations with our curious toddler. When they leave our carpet doesn’t dry “crispy” and we can move our furniture back within a few hours versus having to wait an entire day like you do with any other company.
There were still several grout areas throughout house (entry way, hall bathroom) that did not look white/clean like the rest of the house.
Amazing service and amazing customer service as well
I was so shocked there was a thick white sticky film all over the floor that tracks and looks awful.
I am trying to sell my house and despite scrubbing the floors 4 times the sticky film is still there and the track marks with every step make the tile look terrible. Also did not clean the floor in closet well. Terrible chemicals would not recommend.

Quick and thorough cleaning process. Easy to schedule. Service provider on time and friendly. Easy to pay for services.
First I think it is way overpriced you charge me over $400 to do three small rooms one hallway , stairs and one little area around my kitchen tile. And it didn't even get my tile completely clean in the grout. We were also supposed to read see some free gift card or something we have not received anything. I called twice left a message once it has been 3 days and no one has called back or followed up horrible experience. We have used you guys several times before but will not use you guys again now.
