The technician was professional, and did a great job!!! Very pleased!!!
Did a good job on the carpet but for $275 on the sofa I expected a better job. Will not be using Zerorez for upholstery cleaning in the future.
The young man was very thorough with his information about specific treatments and what to expect. Our carpets were in really bad shape, but the carpets were back to their original pristine condition when he was done. Our real estate agent came by and told us we did not need to replace them prior to selling our home, so the money was very well spent for the service you provided.

No detergent....Ken who cleaned our carpet was very professional and very informative. He took his time and did a great job.
I thought this company was called zero rez, as in, zero residue. Some sort of residue was left in my grout lines and it looks worse than before. I called yall out to clean grout lines, and that didn't happen. Very disappointed. Especially for the price you charge.

I have no complaint with the person cleaning. My floors hadn't been cleaned professionally for about 20 years. I think the test rates are not done where the floors were dirtiest. I found this to be a complete waste of money and would not recommend unless someone had floors that had not gone so many years to clean and would also make sure the test sites included one test on the dirtiest part of the floor.

Your technicians are always prompt, courteous and professional. In addition, they offer expert assessments of what is needed even after the consumer "guess" in the pre-screening process. I'm never disappointed in the thoroughness of the work or the finished outcome.

Please have your employees wear booties to protect all areas of carpet from the bottom of their tennis shoes. (Especially recently cleaned carpeting).
They took less than 30 min for two rooms and a hallway. It felt a little rushed.

The carpet didn’t have a crunchy feel when you were done. It was very clean. You all were quick and thorough. The technician was friendly, polite and informative on how the zerorez formula worked. He also gave me tips on how to clean different types of spills w/o using chemicals and soaps. I was very pleased.
