The person who cleaned our carpet was so professional and respectful!
The technician that came out did a wonderful job. Our carpet is now going on 4 years old and we have a couple of pets. He took the time to work a little harder on the main traffic areas and they came out great! I have been using Zerorez for several years and they do a great job.

Not impressed with my service. Technician did not complete my service as expected as he failed to communicate with me how many stains he could treat for an extra $75 dollars. He knew there were multiple stains, but only intended to treat one. With my urging, he reluctantly did two more. He was very slow and it took him almost and hour and a half to clean three very small rooms of carpet.
Pricing on extra rooms is out of line
Mario was very professional and knowledgeable. He began by inspecting the carpets with an ultraviolet light to find all kinds of interesting stains. It looks and smells great.

The tech was very friendly and personable. He did an excellent job. My only complaint is that my friend raved about your company and how her staines never returned. My stains returned only hours after the cleaning. I was hoping they wouldn’t. I would use you again.
Great cleaning job
From the moment I called to inquire I felt like a long time customer. Very warm and inviting as well informative.

Great job (the tech was great), but the nickel-and-diming of rooms to drive the cost is silly. I understand large rooms may cost a bit more, but if that's true, shouldn't small rooms cost a bit less. For example, the tech gave me one-time "no charges" for 2 "bathrooms" that were actually just Jack-n-Jill additions to bedrooms. These "bathrooms" were listed as normally costing $25...for 6-square foot areas?! Really?
I appreciate the good work and not counting the "bathrooms" this time, but rooms of that size should NEVER be counted. Also, small closets attached to the rooms being done should be included with the rooms. And, don't forget...furniture that isn't moved for cleaning should reduce the room size based on its footprint. :)
I realize you don't want to have techs carry around laser measures to do exact measuring, but don't give "one time discounts" for things that require 1-2 minutes more work. I moved EVERY piece of furniture except for 1 chair in all the rooms cleaned so the tech would be able to clean more easily. When a customer works with you that way, "throw him a bone."
That your technology is top notch and the results are amazing. Tile floors look brand new and same for carpet.

I like your company because you don't use chemicals to clean the carpets. Also, you don't use alot of water, so the carpets dry faster.

I have had my carpets cleaned twice. I am very happy with the cleaning results, and very happy with the technicians sent to my house. I like that when carpets dry they are soft & feel clean.

Quality work
The technician Todd was a very nice young man. I liked that the product dried fast. The heavy traffic areas did not get as clean as I had hoped. It was my fault for not having him go over those areas several times.
