Honor the 20% discount on additional cleaning that just released a week after we spent $520 to have three rooms and the tile cleaned. Management should do a better job of taking care of the customer. We will not use Zerorez again and will take to Yelp and Angie’s list to share our experience.
BAD -- the man I talked with on the phone the cleaning told me that the EG Steak gift card was not available.
I told him that the flyer I got in the mail said it was an offer.
He said that the flyer was "out-of-date".
I told him, "How can that be, I just got in the mail yesterday!"
The man who came to do the cleaning called the office after I complained about it, and the lady immediately put it on my account !

We had a visit by Mario C., very polite and professional. He had our carpets cleaned in a small amount of time. We have used Zerorez in the past and have had great service every time. Would highly recommend!
We had the duct cleaning. Raymond T. explained the procedure and advised us on a couple of things. We were very appreciative and feel better now that they have been done. Very professional and nice young man with awesome manners!

Stephen was so informative and helpful! I appreciated all of his attention to detail.
Within hours, the same day of service, 5/five spots (that I anticipated would be easy to remove) returned. The following day, other more difficult spots had returned. I am saddened by this, and a bit embarrassed (the person whom paid had identified half a dozen other carpet cleaning companies whom he thought would be just as good, but half the price. I disagreed and am now embarrassed with my outcome)

Carpet was not cleaned properly , there are still stains left . Paid $60 for stairs carpet cleaning plus the other cost. Was expecting a better service:(

I will start by saying that the quality of the work is excellent. What needs improvement is the technicians attempt to increase the price after a quote has been given and a clear definition of a walk-in closet. We were given a quote for 5 bedrooms, a game area w/landing, a media room, and a hall. None of the rooms have any closets that should be considered a walk-in...NONE!! We did have a master bedroom and under stairs, walk-in closets that we asked him to add as these were not on the quote and we were told that would be an additional $50. For the other closets, he said it would be an additional $150. We said no thank you! According to the receipt he did end up doing them as a one-time courtesy. We appreciate this, but we don't appreciate the attempt to take our $250 quote to $450. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.
