The spots that I paid extra to get treated are still on my carpet. The technician sprayed a little treatment all over the carpet, put his sprayer away and took one pass over the room with the vacuum. The first time I had you out, that technician was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory. I pointed out a spot to this technician and he said, it will go away it’s just wet. It’s not just wet and I’m highly disappointed. I paid $140 to clean one room and I feel it should have been done better than this.
Recently had my a/c vents cleaned and am very pleased with that service. Just had my carpets cleaned and again had superior results. I would recommend Zerorez services to anyone.

Very satisfied with carpet cleaning by Zerorez. DeMarcus was very courteous, friendly, explained what he would be doing prior to the cleaning, and answered any questions which I had. I especially was glad to know all equipment is sterilized after each use, and the company has policy to 'be safe' due to COVID. Also appreciated the reminder calls as to when technician would be present for our appointment.
