Everything. Mario our cleaning carpet technician was awesome. He was super nice and very professional & courteous. Our carpets look brand new (in fact, they are at least 10 years old). He suggested and we added the protectant on the carpet. If I could give Mario a 100%, I would.

I was pleased with the last technician. He got right to work with only small upsale speach.
Techs before took so much time measuring and trying to upsale me which was irritating.

I had to reschedule for My tile to be cleaned again. This was a great inconvenience since we had to move the washer and dryer out of the laundry room which was being cleaned. Now we have to go almost 1 week with out a washer and dryer until the service can some back to clean. I also took off work for both services. This was the biggest disappointment.

I did recommend your company the first time, but now I’m uncertain.

The technician that came out was highly professional, respectful and had awesome customer service. My disappointment in the cleaning of my couch. My carpets were recently cleaned by you and we’re not soiled at all due to light to no traffic in 2 of the 3 rooms. I wanted my couch cleaned and figured I may as well clean the carpets as well. After the technician cleaned the couch, I could still visually see that it was still dirty. I requested he go back over a few spots which he did immediately. However, overall it doesn’t look like it has been cleaned at all. I actually spot cleaned a areas myself afterwards. Just seems like a waste of $120 as I will have to hire a different company to properly clean it.
