Unfortunately my experience was not as I had hoped. My window of arrival was scheduled for 10am-12pm, but arrival did not occur until 12:30pm. We were notified of the late arrival 5 mins before 12pm. The online service reservation system did not provide an accurate description or cost estimate of the services that would be covered. Hence the pricing estimate was off by $195 (more). All bedroom closets were $25 extra x 3 bedrooms; the chaise attached/connected to the sectional was $75 (additional to the $250 sectional charge), and the sectional ottoman was another $45. While the technician was professional, courteous and thorough, I felt blind-sided by the additional costs. I ended up declining the additional $195 in services. My final cost with the KLTY special already deducted was $519. The scheduling process was seamless, but next time, I’ll probably do a little more shopping around. Initial transparency at the beginning through the online estimator would have been helpful, as afterwards I felt nickel and dimed.

The guy who came did an excellent job. I love the way Zerorez cleans naturally.

What I don’t like are your deceptive sale practices! I called and asked if you were still the Hal Jay special- 3 rooms for $99 and the 4th free... I was told yes and given an appointment.

Then when the gentleman comes to clean he told me that the special ended in February, and I would need to pay an extra $45 for the 4th room.
