Technicians ate always friendly and explain the service they will be doing very well.
The first carpet "cleaning" made me sick. The tech mostly just wet the carpet, leaving much of the dirt behind (that's what you get when it takes you less than 30 minures to clean 4 rooms, a closet and a staircase.)Then instead of the "shorter time period to dry" you boast on your website, it takes 12 hours?!
When I gave you another chace to get my carpets clean you take TWO weeks then send the SAME technician out to sass and belittle me like I know nothing about how to clean carpets. Not to mention with a 2-4 window that he misses without a phone call, then gets here at 4:30 telling me it will be another 12 hours for it to dry? Whose paying for the hotel room while we stay off the carpet because our beds are in these rooms?
I vacuumed more dust and dirt up after the carpet was dry the first time to account for what was making me sick. I have offered pictures.
I asked for a manager's or owners phone call and a refund, I get silence.
I have refrained from making my complaints public until this is resolved appropriately. It shouldn't take a month!
The process to schedule an appt online or over the phone was so easy. Once scheduled the customer service rep kept me informed on the day of my service and moved my appt up a couple of hours due to having a local technician available.
Their technician arrived timely, inspected the rooms to be cleaned, clearly explained the cleaning process and performed a test cleaning of a high traffic area prior to starting the job. The technician also setup protection barriers around doors and walls to protect them from the hoses brought into the house.
I highly recommend Zerorez"s service.

Chavis was really good
I have used Zerorez many times but this was not a good experience it felt from the beginning the service person was trying to sale additional services. I was expecting to pay more this time because I was having a recliner cleaned with the carpet but the total of $449 was higher than expected. It felt like I was dealing with a contract person and not someone associated with Zerorez - his van did not have Zerorez on it. Disappointing all around.
Stick to the quote that you give on the phone instead of doubling it
Very happy with the gentlemen that came to our home. They were prompt, went straight to work and did a fantastic job!
Y’all ruined my tile. Have sent people out twice and they’ve only ruined it more. I have one more appt next week with y’all for a THIRD time to try and resolve the issue

I've used you for years. I like that you don't use chemicals. My carpet stays cleaner much longer than when I was using traditional methods. Zerorez has very peofessional technicians.
I have been a customer for years because you do such a wonderful job. My carpets are cleaned, sanitized, and protected ; and always by a very courteous, friendly and efficient person. He wore protective shoe covers and a mask, and assured me that he would take care of making my home clean and safe. Thank you, I'll call again next year.
More flexibility with scheduleing
I had a reservice done this time and nothing improved. The service rep was at least honest up front and did not make any promises to remove the main big stain like the previous rep did. I’m just disappointed I spent almost $200 and there is little improvement when I was promised the main stains would come out no problem the first time.

My tech(JaQuan) was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable in regards to the whole cleaning process and asked me about product I may have used as this could have a significant impact on the outcome. He also cleaned my sectional and it now looks bran new!! I will definitely request this technician again. I have used Zerorez twice before and always happy with there service!!!

Super on time. Superior cleaning and not sticky when done. The price is fair.
Crew did not show up during a lot of time slot. I was compensated with some free service but my time is very important and I had to rearrange my schedule due to them not showing up during the two hour window that I was given.
I love the look and feel of the caepets when they are Zerorezed.
WE have had the same guy a couple of times and he is great, very friendly and does a very good job and cleaning up.

The carpeting looks cleaner and the few spots we had came out!
