Punctual service people who do good work

Technician explained everything and did not try to upsell me on everything like the last person did. I was pleased with the results and with the price.

This was the complete opposite of my experience with you all back in summer 2019.

One of the crew did not wear his mask over his nose. They were in and out in less than an hour and a half. And my carpets did not look clean at all. My husband took our carpet cleaner that we use for spot treatments, and did a portion of a room that you had cleaned - and it was still filthy. The dirty water tank was thick with dirt. My stairs don't look very clean at all.

The summer of 2019 - it was just one gentleman - super nice guy. I don't remember his name. He did a fabulous through job and my carpets stayed clean for months.

Last week's experience was very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

No chemicals. Nice young man did our carpets.

My carpets look new again after Zeroez is here. I like the way no residue from soap (or whatever else) is left in the carpet. I like the helpfulness of the Service Tech and the way I am not in the dark about what to expect on the invoice and the amount I am paying and what I am paying for. Thank you for a great job! (I have been in this house about six years and I have had your services at least three or four times.) Oh, I forgot to mention the pet stains and odor. Although I never like to spend extra money, it is well worth that extra.

That it is just water leaving no detergents or chemicals behind. I don't know how it did it, but my spotty carpet looks great!

I like the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals or soaps.

The carpet didn't look any different after the cleaning. I scheduled this cleaning to get some spots cleaned on the carpet in 2 rooms. I paid extra to have the spots treated and it's no better after the cleaning that it was before your company arrived. Neither of us could tell any difference in the way the carpets looked after paying to have them cleaned. The technician was very nice and I'm sure did his job the way he was trained but this process didn't work. Was truly a waste of money.

Wait I was wrong, I could tell that Zerorez had been there because after the truck left my house I now have oil stains on my driveway where the Zerorez truck was parked, these stains were not there prior Zerorez come to my house last Friday.

Besides spending $332.84 on carpet cleaning that didn't get clean, when was putting everything back in the rooms "I" broke a vase that cost me $200.05 to replace, now I'm out over five hundred dollars and my carpet looks exactly the same as it did before, such a waste of time and money.

All our carpet stains were improved and they even came back out to make sure we were satisfied

Buck answered all of my questions on the process that he was about to do to my carpet and the time it would it would take for the carpet to dry. I will use zerorez again. As a matter of fact I will be calling in the next couple of months right before christmas. Thank You.

SCHEDULING PROCESS NEEDS WORK. WAS TOLD 4PM, THEN YOU CALLED AND SAID COULD DO EARLIER, CALLED YOU BACK, SPOT WAS TAKEN, THEN RECEIVED TXT (11:45AM) TECH WAS ON WAY TO JOB, WENT TO JOB SITE, WAITED AN HOUR, CALLED & WAS TOLD, NO WAS STILL TO BE AT 4PM ( I TOLD PERSON ON PHONE NOT TO TXT, BUT CALL ME ON PHONE, 1.5 HOURS LATER (2PM) RECEIVED TXT TECH ON WAY IN 45MIN, TECH WAS LATE, CALLED IN AGAIN TO GET STATUS, TOLD ANOTHER 30 MIN.

ESSENTIALLY YOU HAD ME GOING BACK AND FORTH TO JOB SITE FOR NOTHING. WASTED 3/4 OF MY DAY, MY BILLABLE RATE IS $75HR, ESSENTIALLY COST ME $750 TO CLEAN 1000FT² OF CARPET.

THANKS FOR BENDING ME OVER - TECH WAS VERY NICE AND CAPABLE, UNFORTUNATELY YOUR STACKING OF APPOINTMENTS AND DISPATCHING INEPTNESS RUINED THE EXPERIENCE. NO MORE SOUP FOR YOU

Knowledgeable, thorough, considerate and friendly technicians. It’s nice to have a technician who knows what he’s doing, does a good and doesn’t act like it’s a burden to be here. I’ve used your service and I plan on using it again.
