Hi! Our carpets look great! We can visibly see a difference, especially in the living room. There is a crunchy feeling to them like something was left behind on them after they dried(that may be normal). The one suggestion that I have is to be more transparent about the cost. I called to specifically ask about extra charges. Although I was told about the extra fee for pet cleaning, I wasn't told that, if I have pets, I pretty much going to HAVE to get the pet treatment because your cleaning will just make the pet stains worse. Pet cleaning costs two thirds as much as a regular cleaning. I think being up front about the pricing by maybe having a pet owner price and a non-pet owner price.

Very professional, had great tips and information to maintain clean carpets between cleanings and did a fantastic job.

There is nothing specific I can say I like about the product. The technician was able to get up the spots.

Fabian M is excellent at cleaning my stained concrete floors. I had a buildup of pet urine that my sneaky Chihuahua kept going back too and repeating the crime! Fabian made my floor look like new! They are beautiful now!

The cleaning process was great, however the scheduling could of been better.

Your website ordering was a bit confusing. So I called to schedule an appointment instead and told the receptionist I needed 5 rooms to be cleaned. The guys that show up at our house say we ordered only 3 rooms, when I clearly ordered 5. In the end, it all got resolved but I just think scheduling shouldn't be this complicated.

Each time my carpet has been cleaned by a courteous and hard working tech, who does his best to do a good job for me. I am very pleased with the Zerorez cleaning process. I have never had dirt reappear after a few weeks. The process truly removes the dirt.

Carpet so soft and refreshingly clean

I opted for the pet treatment because I was told it would eliminate the dog smells. It did not. The smell is better, but still very strong.

We were very disappointed in the length of time it took for the carpet to dry enough to walk on. At 10hrs afterwards it was so damp we almost slipped and I had to wipe my feet off before getting into bed. I’m very concerned about the damage this much moisture for such an extended time might cause the padding.
