CJ was awesome and brought my carpets back to life. I literally thought I had new carpets, great job and very personable.
Friendly cleaners. Gets the carpets really clean.
I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning but not for tile cleaning. They had to come out 4 times before getting my tile floor clean and presentable. I appreciate that they FINALLY got it done but was very frustrated that it took a month, numerous phone calls, and 4 visits before getting it done right by a manager. I don’t think I would call Zerorez again for tile cleaning but would for carpet cleaning.
The price quoting is deceptive. Quoted $99 for 3 rooms but when the tech arrives that doesn't include stain treatment. If I'm getting professional carpet cleaning, the carpet is probably stained to some degree. He cleaned one room and a rug and it cost over $300 so that feels very deceptive to me. My tech was fantastic but was also dealing with faulty equipment so it took a really long time and he was unable to do one of the stain treatments that sounded good, but I guess that would have been unreasonably expensive
That you don’t use chemicals
Friendly staff, detailed and thorough. No smells/fragrances, excellent product. This is my 2nd time using Zerorez on both my carpet and tile, really pleased with the results both times.
CJ was our rep and he did a fantastic job! Explained everything first and then was quick and efficient at doing the work! Great job and we liked the outcome!

Chemical free for the most part. The tech was awesome. Told us what he was going to be doing and offered other applications.

The young man that cleaned our carpet was courteous and worked quickly to do a very nice job on our carpet. It will take time for us to see how the cleaning holds up and looks as it does afterward.

Excellent service. Punctual & professional appointment. Carpets look incredibly clean + I don’t have to worry about the use of chemicals that could harm my pets. Zerorez has ALWAYS been the company to use & I have recommended them to friends, family & neighbors
Great products and service personnel.
It was a fiasco the day we were to get the carpet cleaned. I got the call that they’d arrive in 1/2 hour; no show. I finally called 1.5 hours later. Waited on hold 20+ minutes. Apparently two trucks broke down but no one called me. I told the scheduler it had to be done that day. After a long wait on hold, I was told they’d call as soon as a truck could come out. Raymond arrived a bit after 1:30 and cleaned the carpet. He was great.
So, the house is my father’s. He moved to assisted living. My husband got there at 9:45 so the Zerorez guy wouldn’t have to wait for us to get there. The house was completely, totally empty. My husband and I spent the entire day in this empty house waiting to get the carpet cleaned. Why didn’t anyone call and tell me that the first cleaner was having trouble with his truck? Or the second truck? When I ask what discount we would get off this cleaning, I was told the 20% with the best that they could do. That was pretty stingy. You can’t imagine how frustrating it is to waste an entire day when you have 1 million things to do trying to get a house sold, all because the company screwed up several times. We have been repeat customers for several years at our own home but I won’t be calling Zerorez again.

Darwin did a fantastic job. I can't think of any question about carpets he couldn't answer. He did super work and was in and out in record time. I will always ask for Darwin when I call back.

We just finished recommending Zerorez to some good friends who are wanting their carpets cleaned. Our technician was great - friendly, knowledgable, helpful, quick and thorough. It doesn’t get any better than that! We appreciate the steam cleaning without chemicals due to our allergies. Our carpets dried quickly so we were able to put things back in short order.
