Got my upholstery clean

We have now spent OVER $500 to clean THREE rooms. The master STILL smells like pet urine after we were guaranteed it didn’t (he said he got down and smelled the carpet on his hands and knees). At this point, I could have paid to replace the carpet. I am highly disappointed. It doesn’t seem like the amount of money we spent made a difference at all in the master bedroom.

Service tech was nice and friendly but my wife and I agree, this was the worst carpet cleaning we've ever received from any company.

Introduce a slight bit of chemicals in your process. Would enhance cleaning and possibly increase drying time. Many small spots would not need individual attention.

The technician was very thorough, friendly, and did the best job ever. I feel like I have a new house with clean carpets. The technique that Zerorez uses gives me the satisfaction and confidence that my carpets are as clean as they can be. Thank you!

Zerorez was came highly recommended and while I was skeptical, they did not disappoint! We have light colored carpet and I have been living with spots in several bedrooms for years - Zerorez was here for an hour, and I am not exaggerating when I say that they carpets look brand new! We were shocked! Without question, we will use them again (and regularly!) and would recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job on our long shag area rug! No one else has been able to clean this rug!

Pretreatment worked on short term stains but not on all longterm stains. Still, it was better than before when the service provider was finished.

The cost for spot treatment is too high

Raymond was my service tech to do my air duck cleaning and was very pleased with the results. Raymond was on time and did a wonderful and courteous job. He was also shared with me what to expect during and after this procedure (noise, video (before and after, etc) and his clean up at the end. The procedure was exactly as he described with no problems. Raymond also came prepared to do the work and dressed appropriately for covid-19.

I have also had my carpets cleaned in the past by your service and expect to have them redone again in the near future. Do you you offer a frequent user or senior discount for a combination of your services?

CJ did a great job. He was quick but thorough. He was courteous and respectful. Nice to have a contractor show up early and finish quickly.

Tile looks new

The time scheduled for the appointment and actual time the technician arrived was 2.5 hours earlier than the time quoted. Fortunately, I was at home.

Great service. Got an appointment quickly. He was on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets, getting all stains out.

We had our carpets and chairs cleaned. The young man was very kind and professional. I love the smell of the cleaning and the fact that when he was done, the carpets were almost dry. I like the fact that not a lot of water is used to clean the carpets.
