I would have recommended the tech uses a carpet rake to remove any footprints that were created during the walk though of the rooms and down the stairs. Luckily I own one so I raked out our footprints so the carpet had the best possible drying conditions.

I was disappointed that I had the service rep pre treat specific Soda stain spots and he was confident they would come out and they did not. I also had lots of dust spots from where the previous home owners furniture sat and it wasn’t even touched because it was too close to my furniture. I would’ve had my furniture moved beforehand but he did not say that it would be an issue. The rep was by himself so I’m not sure if it too big of a job for him, but I was under the impression there would be at least 2 people. My carpet was not in perfect shape to begin with, but you cannot tell that anything was done unfortunately. I would like to get some of my money back since this was not successful and will need to move forward with spending more money to fix the spots.

The servicemen was pleasant and did a good job. Only one stain since I moved in is still noticable after three foster kitten litters that were sick and/or learning to use a litter box.

The edges of the carpet still look dirty. There are nicks on baseboards and furniture where the tech hit them. I could hear him hitting baseboards.

The representative was very professional, courteous and pleasant. When finished, he asked if I had any requests or comments, or if I was satisfied with the work done. Work was very well done, and I will call on them in the future.

The technician came on schedule and did an excellent job on our carpets. This young man was very nice and didn't try to get my wife to buy extra services (which she hates). We always use ZeroRez.

I paid to get a room with dog odor treated. The day after it smells as bad as it did before. I believe the tech did a good job but I am very disappointed.
