The technician was great at his job
The communication about the time of arrival. The agent was very friendly & knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job at our home.
Had 3 rooms cleaned and added the pet odor treatment and protectant. The technician was so polite and very fast!! I would recommend Zerorez for any carpet, tile, hardwood floor cleaning! Next service I’m getting from Zerorez is cleaning the airducts! Super excited to have them back out here!!
This is my first time using Zerorez. Technician added pet treatment and carpet protection which he said works like "Scotch Guard" to my order when he got here which I was ok with. However, when the carpet dried, I tested several areas in different room to see if the scotch guard works, it did not. Water went right through the carpet. I called back and a receptionist explained that's how their product worked. I'm disappointed that I'm not getting "scotch guard" type protection but will wait and see how future stains can be removed.
Charles the technician that came out to do our floors was wonderful. Very respectful, energetic, kind and efficient worker, he was able do knockout our 3 rooms in a very short time and remove a spot that had been in the carpet for many years.

Great complete cleaning job on my carpets. Nice, respectful representative came to my home, and truly seemed to care about their work and what was best for my situation. End result very good.
I think as a business you should be more transparent on the pet options and explain better on the website what is being purchased. Asking the customer to upcharge without prior thought at the point of service is a little unnerving. Giving the variety of options and potential range of pricing would be very helpful in setting customer expectations. I don't like that about how you do business.

I already shared this with a supervisor but the cleaning was great. The technician, however, hit on me as he was leaving. He asked me if I was married (while my two kids were napping in the room he just cleaned) and said I was beautiful. After getting him out the door HE CAME BACK a few minutes later to ask to use the restroom. Um, no thank you. This was super uncomfortable for me and unfortunately I don't think I can use y'all again.

I invited Zerorez to my home to clean the carpets of two (2) rooms and one (1) closet in preparation for selling our home. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a place where was had fallen on the carpet. The technician told me everything about which I needed to be aware before he began cleaning the carpets and addressing the wax problem. All of the carpets turned out beautifully. The technician was thorough in explaining what I needed to do to make sure the carpets dried thoroughly without any possible mildew issues. I truly appreciated all Zerorez provided and will definitely use them again in my new home.
I love that my carpet can be cleaned without the use of toxic chemicals and the clean feeling after, despite no use of toxic chemicals. I really appreciated the technician who came this time. His name was Ceasar and he was very professional, polite, but also friendly to my children. The last time we had zerorez over, the technician was not and it made me feel quite uncomfortable, but he was in my home and I didn't want to five a bad review knowing that he knew my name and had my information. Ceasar was very respectful and we appreciated him and his advise to help the carpet dry faster.
I love how clean my carpets are! Every single stain (that I thought was there for good) is gone.
