The technician did not keep
His mask on and knocked over furniture with the hoses. He did not do as good a job cleaning as previous technicians did.

The carpet in my bedroom was pet treated in 2 areas... the carpet was literally soaking for 2 days and now it smells like mildew . The other 2 rooms are perfect and dryer without any issues.. W kept the fans on and opened windows as instructed but the bedroom still smells bad. It didn’t smell like mildew before we had the carpet cleaned.

Very clean process with no residue you left behind

I love that they don't use chemicals which is perfect for my family and pets, and it makes the carpet so soft once cleaned. I also had our car cleaned after a pet accident and the seats looked like brand new once it was done.

I really hate to give this answer. I had very high hopes for y’all. I always hear your advertisement on 94.9 KLTY, and decided to go with a big company instead of a small local company. Anyway, I had a tech come out Thursday November 12th for my initial cleaning, and paid extra to have the carpet treated for dog urine. As the carpet dried, I could smell a fermented urine smell just standing in the room. I could only smell this on “humid” days. So, I called, and was put on the schedule quickly, and I was excited. My excitement was met with disappointment when as the second “treatment” of the small areas still smelled of urine as they dried. I am really sad to say that I will not be using or referring this company to anyone.

Worst job y’all ever did, left our carpets so wet they were still damp late Saturday afternoon.

I love Zerorez. I have used you since you first opened in Dallas, and was initially and as of Friday am still quite impressed with the excellent service and new cleaning method that make my carpets feel, look and smell so much better than they did before.

The technician, Mr. Krewson, was excellent, careful, fast, but also detail oriented, and he did an excellent, quite thorough job.

I've been a been supporter and proponent of your company since it first began, and I feel even better about it since it made my 20-year-old carpets look almost new after the cleaning. I wish you could make 79-year-old me look that much younger, too.

Thanks for the good work. My family will notice how good the carpets look when they come for Thanksgiving Thursday.

The fact of clean water and no chemicals.

I really like the Zerorez technicians. I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell me.

When the tech came back to re-service an area of my carpet that looked like it has me a water stain, he proceeded to tell me his equipment couldn’t have caused the problem because of the way it works. He cleaned the area, and when it dried, the stain was gone. I guess he was wrong about the equipment. The interaction was a bit off putting as I felt like I was being called a liar.

Secondly, I had just spent nearly $400 with your company as a first-time customer. The carpets looked great after the cleaning. When my dog returned to the house the night after the cleaning, it puked up something creating a small 4” x 3” spot on the carpet 2 feet from where the cleaning equipment had to go to get to the re-service area. I had blotted it, and I had hoped the tech might do me a favor and clean that small spot so I wouldn’t have to use my chemical spray on the newly-cleaned carpet. No way...he told me this was a re-service, and Zerorez wouldn’t allow him to do anything other than reclean the problem area. It would have taken less than a minute...it was on his path out the door with the cleaner...I would have given him $5 if it had been required.

What a CHEAP policy coming from a company that wants its customers to “rave” about it.
