The process was simple and the technician, Diamante, was well informed and wasn't afraid to talk with me through the process. There is definitely something about feeling included when you are paying for something. In my 15+ years of experience being in industries where customer service is a part of that process you always get a better experience when you are explaining what is happening and not just walking in, fixing the problem and leaving the customer with a large bill. Diamante helped explain what was happening and even shared honest information before even doing the service to let me know that the issue I had with my carpet might not be fully solved. He also explained the reasoning why. I could go on and on about this but I think out of the whole experience I can say if it wasn't for Diamante I might not even care to contribute a review or a rating. If I ever need help again I will definitely be contacting Zerorez. Hoping all the other techs share the same personable personality that Diamante has.

Pet treatment was not very effective. Pet odor remains. For $60, I would have expected better results.
