Service was great, the technician Jose arrived on time and explained the services. I will use them in the future!
The service technician was polite and asked if there were any areas needing special attention.
Tech was more interested in upselling us on the pet clean up plan and then getting in and out than he was in showing us whether or not the pet stains had been rectified.

They asked me to upgrade three or four services and that got old. I knew what I booked them for, there was no reason to try to sell me on other things. Also we got a quote for vinyl tile and it was an outlandish $1500.
Very good job cleaning our vents. The staff was a hard worker who was very nice and efficient.
The cleaning tech was 2 hours and 15 mins late and I did not receive any phone calls to let me know. I had to make the phone calls.

I'm rating a 10, I don't remember the technician's name that came out to our house, but I wish I could give him kudos specifically! HE did a great job! I didn't think he was going to be able to get out the carpet stains, but he did. He talked with me thoroughly prior to treating the carpet to ensure he was doing the right thing for it. I also didn't get charged an arm and a leg, $160 for 4 rooms is reasonable. thank you.

Unfortunately was unhappy regarding the scheduling, was to be there between 1-3 and did not make it until almost 5:30. Although the technician stayed until everything was completed.

I like the idea that no soaps or detergents are used. The carpet is free of residue. We've used Zerorez since we got new carpet. The carpets don't seem to get dirty paths.
