No chemicals. Evan was great. Great customer service.

It's so nice to get clean carpet. The vacuum takes up all the pet hair, but not the dirt that seems to get deep into it. Carpets look the original color and odors are removed. All the service people have been very polite and helpful. Do plan ahead to allow about a 3 hour drying time. It's wonderful to have a clean carpet with a German Shepherd in the house.

The gentlemen we've had each time for our home have been very courteous and informative. They also have done the job quickly and left us with great looking carpet.

I have brand new carpet and purchased the 3 room special, knowing i only needed a spot cleaned in 1 room. Upon showing the tech the spot, he did not have confidence that he could get the spot clean. He treated it and then tried to clean it. He showed me the end result and asked if i wanted him to work on it some more. I said yes. He worked on it a few more minutes and it was much better. I just feel like if you expected to clean 3 rooms, but i tell you i only need you to clean a small spot, you would give more effort to that spot.

Have always been pleased with Zerorez. The last tech, Charles W was the best ever. Took a lot of time to ensure all was right and ran a brush machine that I don't remember any others techs bringing in. Carpets looked brand new. Want to have Charles W for any future cleaning for sure! HE was careful to maintain Corona virus protocol and safety measures at all times too!

Another good cleaning from Zerorez!

I loved the results! I also appreciated that there was no “up-sell.” In the past, for my annual carpet cleaning, I’ve use Stanley Steamer, but I wanted to support local this year. Stanley Steamer has always pushed carpet conditioner, etc. Your tech came in, got the job done, tackling some particularly tough spots, quickly and efficiently with no sales tactics. Days later and my carpet still looks better than previous years!
I am a lifelong customer now!

I like it that the carpets are not so wet when the job is done.

I was not overwhelmed with the do over service. The technician was not there to make sure the customer satisfaction was top priority. The service didn't live up to the referral I received. The job wasn't bad but I didn't feel I got get a 10 to make another referral. I would say a refund but it was not about the money. The technician kept saying its the wear on the carpet but what he didn't know, the carpet was only about 4 years old. I was told that when Zeroxez finish, your carpet would look like and smell new. I didn't get that. Thanks for your services.

I like the way the carpet gets cleaned without any residue and the technicians are polite it’s a good service

Jeremy C and Justin did a great job at my house today. Jeremy was so friendly and thorough and I really appreciated the before and after images he gave me of my air ducts and ac unit. For my carpets, Justin was also thorough and friendly. He worked hard and took the time needed to get it done. Thanks to your staff for a job well done.

There is no chemicals and smells fresh

When I have had carpets cleaned before, the technician always moved furniture and placed a square pad under the legs. They even moved every large piece of furniture--beds, dressers, sofas, etc.

I was told that unless I helped move pieces, nothing would be moved, so I opted to move just small pieces and not have carpets cleaned under large pieces; I am 80 and my husband is 84 and legally blind so we are not able to help move large pieces.

I do not believe the kitchen table and chairs were moved to clean the tile grout as I have noticed several areas where the grout looks dark.

Overall, the carpet cleaning and tile grout cleaning were very good with the exception of areas stated. Pet stains and a very large stain on BR tile were removed and I was very pleased about that.
