It was quick and the stains in the hallway were removed. This is the first time that I had used this service. I thought it was pricey for my little tiny space. My house is less than 1000 sq ft and only 3 rooms and a hallway were cleaned and within those rooms half or less of the carpet was cleaned. This resulted in about 300 sq. ft of carpet cleaning. Overall, the technician that came was pleasant and hard working and I would definitely recommend the service to someone else.

Fast and thorough

The technician did fine but there are still stains in the carpet- and it wasn’t treated as I saw online with the agitator. He did one pass with a single machine then tried to sell me $75x3 for a treatment I didn’t need. I don’t think it was worth the $210 I was charged.

The tech was outstanding. He was able to remove all the stains from my carpet. When he finished, it looked new. For the price, it was a great deal.

After the cleaning, there were still coffee stains in carpet. The last time we had your service, no stains were seen after the cleaning.

Had a problem with the cleaning. When we tried to schedule a follow up visit, the first time they just did not call or show up. They rescheduled us 3-4 times. The right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. I lost my confidence in the company. I have used this company for years and I’ve always been satisfied but this was a very bad experience.

I am very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning & the way the technician worked without any hesitation to complete his work.
I know he had a problem finding my home because he was given the wrong address.
I also know I repeated my address several times since there is a street in Dallas with the same name. I live in Irving, not Dallas.

Prompt! Did a great job and very thorough! Would use him again!!

The technician was great. We had both carpets and tile done. He worked with us prior to starting to see what concerns we had. Took his time to make sure the job was done right the first time. Had us inspect the floors when he was done.

We have used Zerorez for years. They are the only one we have confidence in.

Jeremy was considerate, happy worker as he attended to the duct cleaning. I was surprised however when he told me that cleaning the vent louvers were additional cost....I had already been told the fan in the furnace was another 175 which I agreed to and it was done. It should not cost more to wipe down the louvers on each vent....and should be part of the 350...a damp rag onboard would do the job. I did bring that to Jeremy's attention and I managed to get 3 wiped down ,but wish he had asked if I wanted to do them all....I think I said that in passing but may not have been clear. The whole reason to contract with zr was because I saw dirt on the louvers and they should be cleaned without additional charge. I want you to ask J if he remembers cleaning the the middle bedroom duct across from the furnace door.
