Awesome service from start to finish!

The service tech was very polite and professional. The carpet was very clean and no chemical smell.

It took three times of the same tech coming out and my floors are still not right. After the second time I was told that a supervisor would be coming out with the tech, that didn't happen. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've wasted too much time and mone. I will not use Zerorez again. You would think after the 2nd time, a supervisor would come out and take a look at things or just refund me.

Quick and efficient

We had Zerorez clean pew cushions in our church which haven't been cleaned in 20 years. While some faded spots till show the stains were removed and they appear to be cleaner and brighter.

The young man who cleaned our carpet and rug was very kind and respectful. Great service there! He said he could get the stains out, but they are still there. $150 for the rug to still be stained. I understand that sometimes they cannot get them out, but that’s a lot of money to figure that out.

Never showed back up on Friday to reclean my sofa after leaving it with massive black stains all over it.

I've used your company twice and both visits were done professionally, no wasting time, and and great job with our carpet...we purchased house almost two years ago with the knowledge of changing the existing carpet and change some wood floors. Changed the wood floors, but since your visits, the carpet looks fantastic!!!

Since starting to use Zerorez we have noticed a difference in our carpet and it is staying clean much longer. We had the same techician for the past two visits and he is great!

I had one area of pet urine. The tech said it would be neutralized in smell and it wasn’t. Even though the carpet looked clean I was disappointed that scent was not removed as I was told it would be.

I think the charge of the service was too way overpriced and the result was not what we expected. I communicated with the office and I am hoping they can do something about the situation.

The products are great services was very good!

Your tech was very professional and friendly. The thing that I appreciated the most was the fact that he wore a face mask that was appropriate for his size and he wore it snuggly over his nose and mouth the entire time he was at my home. Not once did I need to ask him to correct this.

My only complaint is that the tech seemed to need some more training. The carpet still has some residue and there are dried white spatter marks on some of my furniture. I will need someone to comeback and ensure the job was done properly.

My carpet is still not cleaned .. after 2x ! Nothing
