Excellent service provided by the technician that arrived to our home. Easy to work with and offered a variety of products and services to meet my specific home carpet cleaning needs. Took extra special care to prevent damage to my home baseboards and paint with their hoses running throughout the home.
Jeremy did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet, much improved over the first time I used your service. He took particular care in deep cleaning problem areas.

I just wasn't expecting my bill to be over three hundred dollars to get four small to medium pet stains out. The tech did verbalize that I would need approx. 3 gallons, and I agreed to have him remove the just the stains and that I didn't need the rest of the carpet done, since Its only three months old. I was also charged for a whole room cleaning as well, which he did.. but I just needed the stains removed.
Service was great, carpet was cleaned and it looks good. Would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Good quality work
We have two small dogs and we paid extra to have the carpets cleaned to take care of the spots and odor too. To our disappointment, the smell was back in less than a day and we called your company to let them know. They did come back out and told my wife that the only spot they could see was one and they cleaned the one spot only. The carpet still smells and we purchased a UV light to see if we could see any spots after they cleaned the carpet. Well, they are everywhere and we expect you to take care of this as we paid extra to have it done.

Air duct cleaning.
The technician was a nice guy but your equipment failed twice, soaking my carpet, spraying water on my furniture. There is a new big stain in one of the bedrooms, the carpet became stretched and raised but the has gone down for the most part. Where the carpet got soaked due to the failure of your equipment, it is still damp well over 24 hours later. The technician accidentally took two of my white cleaning cloths and has not returned them. My front door was dirty as a result of him coming in and out with equipment and so did the entry way flooring. He had to call the company to bring him replacement equipment, waiting twenty or more minutes for the new equipment to arrive.
Professional technicians, booking staff and technicians are all very kind and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround for an appoint. Carpets look amazing after they come!
The techs always arrive on time to my house. I like the call update from the office to let me know the tech is in route and an ETA. Techs (Caesar was my most recent) are always very pleasant and professional. Excellent job!

The guy that came out to us was very nice. He made sure to do what ever he could to fix our troubled floors. We asked a lot of questions and he didn’t seam to mind at all.

Did not clean the carpets well. Wore shoes inside the house and rooms even after he was asked to take off his shoes at the beginning.

I actually have recommended you several and John did a great job, but I had ordered tile cleaning with the carpet cleaning. I took the day off work and stayed home, but when John got here, he told me he wasn’t trained to do my kind of tile. We had ceramic on the wall and slate on the floor of our shower. I don’t blame him, I blame whoever scheduled it. When I completed the initial review, I mentioned that I was disappointed that I didn’t get my tile cleaned. Whoever answered blamed it on me for not telling them what kind of tile I had. There was no question or space to provide that. So basically, I only got half the job done. Their response was to re-schedule. It’s not worth my while to take another day off. Nothing was offered to incentivize. Just an “oh well, maybe next time” kind of attitude. Not diss appointed in work done, but disappointed in how the work not done was handled.
