Technicians usually are very good at their tasks of cleaning, deodorizing and keeping the carpets fresh.
The use of no harsh chemicals, the finished product and the very nice young man who answered my questions, quickly cleaned our carpets and was extremely helpful.
There was no after smell
Nice interaction with Zerorez cleaning the carpets in the downstairs of my home. The representative was nice and respectful of the property and of course, wore all the requisite protective gear in "these unusual times" (that expression is galling at this point). While their claim to fame is no detergents used to clean the carpets but rather simple heated water, that's not the case and Common Sense 101 would tell one otherwise. A detergent spray is first applied to heavy traffic areas and any stains to help remove them. Once that sits for a time it's vacuumed up with the aforementioned heated water. Is Zerorez thus truly different from other carpet cleaning services? Time will tell as the litmus test will be how quickly the carpet attracts dirt as obviously the more soapy detergent is left, the faster it soils. A la cart pricing is also extremely high for any ancillary services you may want done so be prepared for sticker shock. My rep didn't shy away from a sales pitch to clean the tiled surfaces but once we totaled the square feet, the cost was incredibly high to pass a rotating brush with said steam across my kitchen tiles. All in all they seemingly did a fine job and I'll sum it up in one sentence: The wife thought the carpets looked much cleaner than any other service we've had to date so Zerorez will get the call in future.

Scheduling was super easy, technician was very polite and professional, carpets look amazing.
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end, scheduling online was easy and I got an accurate amount of what I was going to be paying. The technician Lakeem was on time knowledgeable, polite and it didn't take long at all. I'm very pleased with how clean my carpets are and the safety guidelines followed.
Hopefully you haven’t ruined my carpet permanently. The technician has been back twice. When the carpet dries the stains he created are still there. A supervisor is coming to look at my messed up carpet on Monday. The stains were created when the technician’s equipment failed twice! Shooting water all over furniture and soaking the carpet while the technician was outside.

Obvious places on my carpet were missed. Very uneven marks across my carpet. My carpet is old & was stained but can see where areas were missed especially around the furniture. I removed everything but just a few pieces. Didn’t know why two glass tables & one chair & small ottoman could not be moved to clean around. This was that 3 room special I used to see what outcome I might expect. The last time my carped was cleaned by another company bleach was used in the cleaning solution & the outcome was much better.

On the duct cleaning the crew left breaker on inside unit off and did not reseal the vent attached to the unit. Crew only did half the job. I would not use this service again.
I was very impressed with Javier...informed me of everything he was doing, the products he used and why. I was expecting a regular cleaning but needed level 2 cleaning. He did an amazing job. Didn't rush through, was cleaning for 4 hrs. Wonderful company!
When you advertise a "special" including 3 rooms. Don't play scam-like games, no gimmicks, say loud and clear that even tiny 9 sq ft closets are NOT included !
Your guy wanted to charge me $75 more for three miniature closets.
My question to you is, why do you not substract all the sq footage that is not being clean due to beds and big furniture not being moved?
Its things like this that make people leave bad reviews to any company. And make people like me never use you again and much less recommend you to my family and friends.
