The service technician, Joe knowledgable about the product and did a thorough cleaning on our carpets and sectional.

I really like the "no soap/clean" process that Zerorez provides. I have used Zerorez numerous times and have always had great service. The technicians have been prompt (or early!), very friendly and professional. Their work has always been done carefully and to my satisfaction with follow-up guidance for drying, etc.

My only comment is that I waited extremely long when I called in to book the appt. I actually called in a couple times before I was able to hold long enough for a person. I could have booked online, but wanted to discuss pricing for various services. Perhaps more call center help?

Carpets are always fresh and clean. Technicians are very professional.

We were disappointed that the high traffic areas were not able to be cleaned well. The tech did his best, but the formula used did not break the dirt down enough for it to be removed.
Maybe there is nothing that can be done aside of a good ole scrub brush by hand for those areas.
Still, it was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Just our first experience. We would still tell others to use the service.

You have some of the best techs. They are very informative, polite and professional. Every time I have my carpet cleaned, it takes very little time to completely dry and it feel so soft. I recently had an area rug cleaned. I wanted to throw it away but my wife wanted it cleaned. So glad I did not throw it away. The tech came in and did a great job. Thanks for saving me some hard earned money...
