Loved the service! My technician was so polite and very thorough with the service provided as well as his explanation of the process and all of the options for any adds I may want or need. He made sure he gave me the exact price ahead of time as well. I will definitely be using zerorez in the future!

It was very easy to book online. The service tech was very nice and explained everything. When I booked online, I selected a few options by accident that didn’t apply to our house. The tech noticed them and removed the charges since they didn’t apply. I was thankful for his honesty.

Your Technician needs to explain better what they are doing when cleaning your carpet.
We need pet treatment is certain areas. Come to find out he had spray the pet treatment through the entire house. There was no need to do the entire house. I was thinking he was pre-treating the carpet. I showed him the stains I was concern about. He walked through the house and didn’t see any other stains, but the small area I showed him. I believe he was just trying to get extra money. That not how you treat your returning customers. We will not be needing y’all services any longer. You want to take advantage of people.

The duct cleaning process was great! We were walked through the steps and shown videos of what our vents looked like. The technician was so polite and informative. We definitely recommend ZeroRez!
