What could we do to improve?

We had the rugs and carpet and sectional cleaned in our home. Our primary reason to have yalls service was to get our couch cleaned, and it is the thing that looks the least clean after the service was complete. Sharing clear expectations would be helpful before charging a customer $250 for a sectional to be cleaned. The outcome is not what I would’ve hoped for the price, but I do understand that you cannot guarantee to completely remove every stain. All of the stains are from normal wear and tear of daily life, so I am surprised that they were not able to all be removed.

Todd did a great job! I had an area of carpet that was heavily stained and Todd did a great job at bringing it back! I didnt think it could be done. He was punctual, friendly and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use Zerorez again!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was originally given a dollar amount, only to have that amount doubled when you arrived. I was also told I would receive a 20% discount...paid full price!
The work was satisfactory but would you recommend someone after the aforementioned treatment?
I, at least, want the promised 20% discount!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I scheduled an appointment between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. I chose this time so I could meet the worker and so that my wife, who works from home and takes many business calls, would not have to be disturbed. My wife texted me at 2:40 PM to tell me the worker was there. When I called your office to find out why the worker was early, the person I spoke to said that I had been notified by text. I later checked my phone, and yes, I received a text that the worker could be there earlier, and it offered me an option to confirm that that was okay with me. I did not see the text because I was working, and I definitely did not click “confirm.“ I told the person I was speaking with that I couldn’t see the text that she was talking about (I was driving at the time and didn’t see it until later). She told me if it was true that I didn’t get a text, then that was the company’s mistake. Although she was correct that I had received a text and I just missed it, I thought it was kind of rude to call me out on that using “if it’s true” language. More importantly, it didn’t matter whether I received the text or not, I certainly never confirmed the early appointment, and the worker went ahead and showed up anyway, interrupting my wife while she was on an important business call. I had to ask a colleague to cover for me so I could race home and meet the worker from your company.

We were pleased with the cleaning itself and thought the worker did a good job with that. I understand that schedules change and sometimes it is easier for a worker to show up at a different time, but the expectation that we should drop everything to meet your worker without even confirming that first was highly inconvenient and put us in bad positions with our own jobs.

Since you asked how to make things right, I would like an acknowledgment of this review and a commitment to talk with your customer service representatives about the importance of tone and wording when dealing with a customer and a commitment to confirming any change to a schedule with the customer first.

In the end, the cleaner took care of us and represented your company well, and we were happy with that. Thank you.

I like that there is no chemicals in the cleaning. Also, my technician was excellent. He really did a very good job for me and I appreciated his professionalism.
