They did a great job, on time, expained everything. will definitely use them again!
We had our air ducts cleaned and recently found mold in our air vents. We are disappointed that that the technician did not clean the vents. We paid $1,000 + and still have work to do ourselves to vegetables rid of the mold.

It is odorless and fast, but just takes time to dry with the humidity in Texas. Anthony and Paul were very courteous and pleasant and talked to the dog, who liked them- no barking etc.

Diamonte did a really good job. He was very personalble and knowledgeable. He got here and got right to work. My carpet looks great. He got up some stains I thought would never come up. He worked hard to please me. I could tell he took pride in his work. I enjoyed working with him. He gets an A+. I told him I would tell you to give him a raise....
It did, however, take our carpet a long time to dry....so I didn't put anything back in place until this morning....we managed to stay off of the carpet while it was drying. I am happy with the results.

We have spent over $1,000 in 3 trips trying to get pet stains out of new carpet (new puppy was tough to train at first)). This last trip seemed to finally work, but a few spots have been tricky and are popping back up. They aren’t new because she is kept out of our rooms at all times - doors always shut, the whole nine yards. When we called to ask that just those small spaces be looked at and retreated (not entire rooms again), we’ve been given nothing but the run around — something about refusing other treatments to which we have ZERO recollection of being offered. We want nothing more than to keep our business wi to zerorez because of your method of treatment and reputation, but that simply is not enough anymore. We will try someone else. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a company to come out and retreat a couple spots after spending as much as we have. The message you’re sending is that profit is the bottom line - not customer satisfaction.
