My house smells so horrible right now I can’t even stand it. We had lots of pet stains but I have never had it smell this way after having my carpets cleaned. I almost can’t even stand to sit in my living room. I don’t know what he used on them but it brought the smell to life and now it won’t go away.

Our carpets have pretty much no stains anymore, before ZeroRez I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on our carpets, but now I do.
The technician "Reggie" was very knowledgeable. I was only interested in basic cleaning but when he explained all the benefits of the extra top coat, I was sold.

I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past but Zerorez is by far the best. I don't know what they use but the stains do not come back and the carpet looks and smells new. Great job!

I am so disappointed but plan to call tomorrow to give Zerorez a chance to make it right. I have been listening to Big Al Mac 106.1 promote it for several months and was very excited to use I dont believe my stains were anything crazy but chose to do the biological in two rooms. Soooooo disappointed! The service tech was super nice and I did share my concern and he somewhat seemed to hear my concerns but said to call if I am not satisfied. Stay tuned....
The gentleman who did our carpets was very good and polite and provided a clear explanation of all the work he would complete.
