Our technician was great! Very professional and pleasant!
Technicians are always very knowledgeable and polite. Floors dry very fast. My carpet is not new but after they finish, it is always fresh and new looking and I absolutely love it. You get way more that you actually pay for!! It's a great company with a great deal!! No one else has ever cleaned my carpet like Zerorez!!!

The quality of their work, the fact zerorez uses no chemicals (I have a fur baby and I have allergies). Javier was awesome and made my carpet look and smell like new again. Very personable and informative, too. Will use no one else but ZeroRez!

You came on time and did an excellent job. All stains were removed. You people were pleasant and courteous and didn’t make a mess.

Received text that technician would arrive within 45 minutes. Neatly dressed, friendly young man arrived timely. Asked him how large the hose was and he explained. Informed him that if he could to close the door as narrowly as possible, that because of the recent torrent rains we had seen snakes. Well, I think I scared him. Between about 9 a.m to 9:26 a.m., he had cleaned a 20x18 bedroom and about 14 stairs. NO WAY!!! When he informed me he was finished, I asked "you are finished already?" To which he said yes and if there ere any concerns to call it in. Well, upon inspection, the stairs were not done well at all. The crevices did not appear to be touched at all, just a hit on the top of the stairs. Couldn't tell much on the bedroom, as the carpet was fairly new and only my husband and myself live in the home. More concerned about the entry way from the family room and the adjoining bathroom. I think a retry would be better once the rain goes away, with the threat of snakes surfacing from pushing them out of their hiding places.
All appears to be well done....clean and dry ! Nice fellow who did the job also.....
The technician arrived on time, was polite, and did a very good job.
Only negative is it took 24 hours for it to dry not the expected 4-5 hours I was told.

Technician cleaned bathroom tile floor without proper equipment. Said to call him back if we weren't happy. We did and he said that he could not get it any cleaner. With the proper equipment????? That seems sketchy to me.
