Quick and professional

Service rep was very polite and accommodating. He did a great job on the carpets.
The fact that it is chemical free is awesome. The only thing I would change is to offer the same carpet cleaning service without the "natural" citrus based fragrance that was added to the water solution. I'm allergic to citrus as many are so it's important to know that upfront. Otherwise, the service is excellent. My carpets feel good and fresh and the technician was very professional!
Employees were on time and very courteous (Darwin and assistant). Cleaned a sample of my couch and let me approve. Took their time and did the best job! Asked if I wanted to add scotch guarding and were upfront about the price of the service and why it would be helpful. I was very satisfied and have already shared with several friends.

Our tech Evan could of offered to clean our remaining floor even if just a basic clean for the price we paid. He could of asked and done more with our tile in the LR and dining room.
Your worker was on time, very courteous, and did terrific job. My carpets are off white so it is very important that all dirt and stains are removed. The carpet looks perfect!
He got all the berry stains out of my white carpet!!
Professionalism
Seth did an AMAZING job on our filthy, 20 year old, commercial flooring! He was most attentive, and worked well with us on our scheduling around our business hours. GREAT job!
Service was GREAT
Smelt good when he left. By that evening started to smell like wet animals. Floor was wet when he left and stayed that way for at least 8 hours. Thought Zerorez advertised dry when they leave ...at least enough to move furniture back. We are selling our house and several agents report the smell on their feedback ...4 and 5 days AFTER cleaning.
Tech was great - professional, knowledgeable, courteous, expedient
I had a service with Zerorez for my house carpet cleaning. I could see the difference after the cleaning. I took pictures before and after. I felt Zerorez is a bit expensive and have lot of overhead costs on top of the basic carpet cleaning. I had some spots popped up after the first cleaning, when I called the customer service they were courteous but they said there would be additional charge for the second visit, which surprised me. My experience was good on the whole but the costs are a bit more unpredictable.
My team did a great job going above and beyond making sure they took care of everything.
The Zerorez technicians are so quick and courteous, and our carpets look like a million bucks after the cleaning!

Worked with us on last minute schedule, after we had a death in the family and needed rooms cleaned quickly. The technician that clean the rooms was just great. No pressure for other services. Carpets looked brand new.
The technician was very professional! My carpets look like new!! It didn’t take long for him to clean them, and then he gave me instructions on how to try to keep them their cleanest.
Carpet looks so good. Bathroom tiles look good too.

Our window was too late in the day and then the technician was running late so we didn't have our carpets cleaned until after 7:00PM.
Next time it needs to be earlier in the day.
