Jeremy did a superb job in cleaning the air ducts in our home. Very competent, very friendly, very fun to work with. I recommend him and the service he provides to everyone whose home has air ducts that can become allergen-producing 'factories' in one's own home.!

Incomplete air duct cleaning service. Based upon the prices you charge for air duct cleaning, your techs should clean the air registers as well. The registers were filthy. Also I specifically told the sales person on the phone that I wanted the bronze service only and not to clean fan motors because my HVAC company does that under a service agreement I already have paid for. Your tech upsold that service to my wife while I was not a home (+$500).
When I called to make my appointment and find out the prices for each service, I was told the pet stain service was $60. Which was included in my estimate. I took notes while talking to the representative. When the technician came to clean, he told me the pet stain treatment was $60 PER ROOM! That amounted to an extra $240! Actually, it went up over $500 when he gave me the price before cleaning. My estimate was $235.00 so my estimate more than doubled by the time they were ready to clean my carpet. Typical bait and switch. To find out that the price would be doubled after waiting for my appointment, moving furniture, and vacuuming thoroughly, Zerorez has you over a barrel. I called the office to check on it. Get it or not, says the office person. We don’t care. Cancel or not at the last minute, we don’t care, says the office person. F*** you, (my words), says the office person. We don’t care. Well, now I know you don’t care, never will, and will continue to screw each person who calls for your service. So, there’s your comment. I know, and everyone I know, will NOW know that your company just doesn’t care.
And, by the way, the tech missed so many spots on the stairs, that I had to redo it with my own cleaner after he left, after your enormous cost for doing stairs!! This was undoubtedly the worst service call that EVER came to my home! And now the button won’t let me change the number to 0 from 1!!
