My recent carpet cleaning service was excellent. Easy to book online--good notifications and confirmations via text. The two men that came to my home were on time and very professional. We did a good walk through and they offered feedback. They were very diligent about cleaning my carpets. This is probably the best service visit I have had from Zerorez. I was very satisfied. Had our upholstery, carpets and air ducts cleaned. Carpets and couches look brand new again. They are soft, fluffy and so clean. We had a remodel and there were a lot of fine dust particles in our vents, but now they’re clean. It was an investment in our home and it feels, looks and even smells wonderful.

Love your products. Not real receptive of the last person that came to service my home. He was polite and did a good job. I just have a problem with outside contractors coming to our home to use the restroom, and on top of that he left the seat of the toilet up. Then I had to ask if he were going to use shoe booties as he didn't when he came in to survey the area to be cleaned. It was wet and rainy outside. This is why you received this rating of 8.
