We love the way it makes the carpet feel and look. Knowing the floors are clean and sanitized the right way make one feel better about the cleanliness of ones home. Our tech was awesome. John did a great job and was very thorough.

Quality staff.. carpet service is pricey but well worth it. A lot of effort was put into getting the dog smells out of my carpet.

Prompt and efficient
I would NEVER recommend using this company. All was fine until the tech used a batch of bad chemicals on a stubborn spot in our play room. The tech was unaware of this issue so I do not hold him accountable. But his manager DID know of this and did not tell/warn his tech before hand. To add to the problem my playroom now smells of wet carpet. We put three large box fans in the room as directed for two days to help dry the carpet & we still have an odor. I have called. I have emailed. And CS has supposedly sent this up the chain. It has been over a week and I am now very MAD. I demand a refund since I am having to rev lean my carpets myself. I plan to fight the charge with my bank.
Nick from Zerorez showed up in time, was very professional and efficient. The carpets look great. I’m very pleased with Zerorez and will be using them again as needed.

Our tile had a residue on it after you cleaned it. We had to clean it again ourselves and the water from our floor steamer was filthy! In addition, our grout was still filthy!

I have used zerorez for years. My recent experience was good however I do not like the upselling. The price I was charged $80.00 over what I was quoted on the phone.
Just give me a price I agree to. Don't have the technicion show up with three prices to choose from. One almost $500.00 for 3 small rooms and a hall.
This reminds me of A#1 air. Their practices have led me to stop using them and take my business elsewwhere.
Zerorez does do a good job on the carptes, though even with the extra I paid I still have stains that should have come out with their additional charges and spot treatments I paid extra for. I will be reqesting the technition return for spot treating.
