I paid almost $500 for 1 room mainly to get rid of the pet odor. The gentleman who worked on the carpet was minimally helpful. There is still residual odor on the carpet
Like the fact that you don 't use chemicals when cleaning rugs.....cleaner did good job..
The two men that came out were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do upfront so I would know what to expect. They were very careful in avoiding marking up walls or door frames with their houses by places plastic guards to prevent hoses scraping the walls. They also exercised caution to make sure my wood floors would not get wet during the process.
Overall I was pleased with the service and the quality of the cleaning. 10+ rating in my book. Thank you for sending the best out to service me!
Professional. Did a great job with carpet cleaning. Made it look new again and smells fresh! Kadeem W. was very efficient and had a great attitude! Would highly recommend this company for other services as well.

I don’t really have a good answer for this. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very thorough, friendly, and demonstrated excellent customer service. My carpets definitely look better than what they did before the cleaning but after several days there was no long-term effect of the pristine look of clean carpets. We do not wear shoes in our home so I would have expected it to maintain. I wouldn’t say your company is set apart from any other carpet cleaning company. But overall I’m pleased with the service. Just not pleased with the pricing in regards to the final outcome. $300+ for 2 rooms, a hallway, and a carpet is a bit much for my liking.
They were on time, clean, professional and prompt. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would take to do it. 10 out of 10 from us. We'll use them again.

The carpet cleaning was not a problem. It was superb.
The following conditions were observed by your technician and shown to me in explanation of the tile cleaning not being satisfactory to me . . .If I had known beforehand what I learned after the fact, I never would have ordered the tile cleaning. The results left a lot to be desired and were a waste of money in my opinion because I did not get the "even cleaning" results I desired.
1. Holes in the grout from shoddy installation practices.
2. Paint in the grout. Sometime over the life of the floor, someone painted the grout to make it more uniform in color. Some of that paint has now flaked off revealing grout underneath of a different color. It is not readily noticable by the untrained eye. But that accounts for some of the mis-colored grout.
3. Uneven tiles again from shoddy installation practices. This resulted in the machine having to tilt slightly to the side causing the bristles of the brushes to miss cleaning the grout altogether. A solution to this problem I would think would be brushes with longer bristles.
The service tech normally calls (as per your email notifications) 15-30 minutes before arriving. This tech called from outside my door so I was not yet ready for him to begin work. He said he was going to explain the additional service of adding the disinfectant to our cleaning but he simply completed the work and was done with no real discussion. Adding a tip seemed unusual given the cost of the service. The cleaning itself was fine but these few things took the rating down.
more human interaction would have been nice. The carpets look fine but beds weren't moved so the carpets under the beds weren't done. Whether Zerorez charges me to move them or gives me the option to move them myself I should have been given the choice. I wouldnt have approved ignoring the areas under the beds. Also, the technician estimated the carpets would take 6 hours to dry when they actually took more like 2 days.
Zerorez did a fantastic job making our house look beautiful! We were so impressed on how detailed the company was. We wanted our carpet to have a new feel and they did just that! Thanks so much!

I like the fact that you don’t use chemicals it safe for your children and pets and a system that you use to clean with seems to work very well I’ve used Zerorez For approximately 10 to 15 years and I’ve always been pleased with their services you do a great job and I highly recommend Zerorez to everyone

Pleasant fellow came by himself so he had no help to move the few things I couldn’t do myself. He had no blocks or foil pieces to keep the legs of furniture up off the wet carpet. The carpet was still wet the following evening - I had called that morning. But it would be 48 hours since cleaning time to get someone back to redo or dry or ???. The fellow arrived at the 48 hr mark and walked around quickly running his hand across the carpet surface, pronounced it dry. I had been running ceiling fans, portable fans and my a/c fans the surface was dry - and stiff I might add! Pushing into the carpet and padding revealed dampness still remained. I’ve been thru a black mold experience in another home so I’m quite sensitive to dampness remaining. I think now all is dry after many days of fans etc. I feel someone should have been sent back after 24 hrs - we were told it would be dry in 4-6 hours. The carpet is still stiff in spots - what causes this? One final problem was a big white spot left in our driveway. No one ever responded to our question as to what that was. Good morning Texas had recommended your company - I would not !

Dump the dirty water and left the debri in the middle of my driveway
Also your product did not clean as well as I'd hoped can still see the traffic areas. I went over part of the traffic area after your technician left and it got it cleaner than he did
