I’m glad you don’t use chemicals

Customer service was great but the cleaning sucked he explained to me because the carpet was old so I went with it and I'm so glad I didn't upgrade lets just say as soon as he left I touched the carpet not wet. Didnt smell clean and did not look like it had even been vaccumed. Very disappointed I had to hire another cleaning company and only charged me 80 for 3 rooms and he even show us the dirt he pulled up.

I feel like I deserve a refund. I cant even say I got what I payed for because I paid less and received better

I've always cleaned my carpet, but am no longer able. Does not look as clean or resilient.
Was pleased with Nick. He walked me through and asked if it looked good. Just thought it looked wet so I said yes. Once totally dry I wasn't as pleased. I think it was no fault of his, but possibly just the cleaning process.

My appointment time wasn’t until 3:30, but I was notified around 1:00 that if I was available they could come early. I was super excited about that! The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet looks brand new. It is absolutely incredible!

Y’all ruined my carpet. It is still wet and mildewed. Your technician agreed, but yet I can’t get anyone from your company to make this correct. Next step is media and attorney!!

very friendly, product worked great on tile floors

Your technician was on time and friendly and cordial. He couldn't get out some old pet stains, which was a bit disappointing, but nevertheless, everything else looked great. I would use Zero Rez again in the future.

Edwin did such a great job! He was really knowledgeable about what we needed in a specific problem area and he spent the time needed to be sure it was fully taken care of...very pleased! The booking and communication about arrival times was also done well. Really appreciate the service!!
