The service person was very professional and did an excellent job!
The guy who cleaned our carpet was nice and did good but honestly I am disappointed how clean the carpets didn’t get. I didn’t get any special treatments or any additional cleaning solutions other than the basic cleaning. Still kind of disappointed

I really wanted to love Zerorez,so this is with great disappointment. It took about 2 days for our carpets to dry and even over a week after there is still one patch of wet carpet in my daughter's room that just won't dry. And then although the carpets do looks a little cleaner,they feel crunchy in some areas. Not to mention our area rug that we had cleaned and all the white parts discolored as if the rug was burnt. We did whoever appreciate the cleaner and his professionalism,but are greatly disappointed in the outcome of the service.

The two downstairs bedrooms did not come clean. I sent pictures showing the dried carpet and the issues with the carpet. the upstairs looks good. I think the tech got in a hurry towards the end of the job

Service professional was very courteous and efficient in his work.
Liked the way our ~30 year old carpets came out, for the most part. A visitor came over a week later and wanted to take his shoes off because he thought the carpet was new. Didn't like the surprise up-sell for the $240 pretreatment spray. Didn't like the 20+ minute hold time when I called to schedule a re-treatment for 3 spots. We'll see how the re-treatment goes.
