I have two dogs, and your products made my carpet look brand new! I couldn't believe how much dog hair was still stuck in the bottom of the fibers on the carpet after thorough vacuuming! Yuck! And, I didn't have to worry about harmful chemicals hurting my dogs. I am breathing much better now! Thank you!
So glad you also offer carpet stretching, as well as cleaning with no residue. Ron Self did a wonderful job! He's very pleasant and informative, and did an excellent job on both stretching carpets and cleaning them - carpets were trimmed and tucked well, and looseness eliminated - and now they're also clean. I would recommend my friends ask for Ron Self when they contact Zerorez.
The people that come to the house are friendly and efficient. The stains on the carpets come out and the carpet dries fast.

When the carpets had been cleaned, I asked how long it would be before we could walk on the carpets. He said in about 3 hours. I wear white socks around the house when I walked on the carpets they were all wet and my socks were wet and brown from walking on them. So I did not walk on them again until about 7 hours later when we went to bed and the same happened. the socks got wet and turned brown. Also the path we use when we come into the house looks much worse now than after the years it had been before your cleaning them. We were told that we would receive aq $100 dollar jewelry gift. What do you think you can do to make it right. I am not mad but disappointed. May love and light guide your way and have a great day. First name removed

I was promised a phone call a day or two before my cleaning to let me know when the tech would be there. I did not receive a call.
The tech that came out to clean the carpet needed to call the office for assistance with a piece of equipment. He did not know the telephone number for the office or have a phone. Did he just start with the company that morning? Make sure the techs have the proper training and equipment.
the crew was on time, they were neatly dressed, they were friendly, they explained what was possible and what was not based upon the condition of the carpet. the results were better than I expected. We will call you when we need the carpets cleaned next time.
