Carpet is much cleaner than I have seen before from other companies

Service technician represented your company well. He did the job as if it was his own home; took his time and did it right. You are not the cheapest carpet cleaning service in town but what you offer is fair and a good value for the quality of the service and the product.

The cost was high. We had our rental cleaned for $140.00 and the house was twice the size.
Nice staff, carpets look and smell great
As a first timer with Zerorez, I had a great experience. Learned a lot about how to follow up and keep my carpet and tile clean as well as have beautiful, stain free carpets once again. Pet stains are gone as well as some old spills from grandkids. The deep cleaning vac used before actual cleaning did an amazing job getting on cat hair and dirt that my vacuum couldn't. Tim, was great and very on top of what needed to be done.
I like that no soap is used in the cleaning. Our technician was Joe. He was very informative about the cleaning process and did an excellent job. The cleaning did not take long at all and the carpets look great!

The technician was very unprofessional and we had to fight for the deal that was agreed to over the phone. We got the Mark Davis special and the man did not give us the Fullers Jewlery Store Gift Card.
The service itself was quite good. Tim, the service representative, did a great job explaining the process, cleaning the carpets, advising us of other services, etc. Very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. The phone interface with the Zerorez representatives was not as good. Why do they quote on the radio a $99 price when it is really $109 with a required $10 charge for the truck to run ("gas charge")? And then the process of obtaining the $100 Fuller's certificate was very cumbersome, seemingly intentional. The website to obtain it was only accessible via Fire Fox, it had a expiration date of one day beyond our service date, etc. It seemed like trickery to me. Took multiple calls to correct the process.
The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgable, but wasn't able to completely fix the prior issue. Issue is still unresolved, and I'm going to have to take more time off of work to deal with this on the next go around. I was told that you would contact me to set up another consultation with a manager.
Stains did not return!
I have waited since December just to test the cleaning...no stains returning...excellent cleaning of carpet!
