I feel you guys gave me the bait and switch routine... You started at $99.00 and ended up at $249.00. Service was good but your quotation for tile cleaning was way too high!

Told HimFirst, my window Of Service Was To Be Between 4-6 Pm. I Got A Call At 2:50, Telling Me He Was 20 Minutes Away. I Told Him I Had To Get My Son To His Piano Practice At 4. He Claimed I Was Next And Couldn't Be Shuffled Into The Actual Time Period I Was Assigned. So When He Got Here At 3:05, And I Showed Him The Blood In My Daughters Room That Was My Biggest Concern. He Rushed Through The Service. While He Was Working On A Bedroom down Stairs, I Went To Inspect My Daughters Room. There Were Still Blood Drops That Had Visibly Not Been Worked Over. I Mentioned Him That Him, And He Said He Did Open The Drops Up. I Had Him Go Over Them Again. But They Are Still There And I Felt, Had He Not Come Early, And Due To My Commitment, Had To Rush Through And Not Do A Proper Job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First off I called on Thursday morning 2/28/13 at 7:00 am after hearing Mike Rogers on KRLD praise how good you all were. I talked with an agent and told her about hearing the special on KRLD that Mike Rogers had and that I would like to schedule an appt to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate. She then asked if I could hold on and then came back on and said she would transfer me. I was then on hold for another 5 min. and then another agent came on stating that they were currently experiencing telephone issues and they would have someone call me back within 5 - 10 min. I provided them with my contact information and I never received a call back at all! I then made it to work and was frustrated so I went on-line to your website and filled out the submittal form for an estimate describing the issue I had and asked for someone to call me back to schedule an appt and never received a call back from anyone that day. Then on Friday 3/1/13 around 2:30 pm surprisingly I received a call from an agent to schedule an appt. I told her about my frustration and she stated she would take care of it. I then received 2 other phone calls over the weekend from agents wanting to schedule an appt and I told them I had one already scheduled. Apparently the first agent did not enter my appt into the system or something. My scheduled appt for an estimate was on Monday 3/4 between 4:00 - 6:00 pm. I took off work early to be home during those hours. No one showed between those hours and I did not even receive a phone call. I then called your office and was told that the technician was running behind and that he would be there within 30 min. Again a courtesy call would have been nice! The technician then showed up and looked at the areas and gave me an estimate of $255.00 w/tax I then asked him for a print out and he stated that you all did not do that so he wrote down the following. 4 rooms @ 99.00, fuel charge 8.00, 1 extra room 50.00 and 15 stairs. When I added these up I came up with $172.00. After that technician left I received another call from another technician stating he was on the way to give me an estimate. I told him that someone had already came but had questions on the estimate. He stated he was a supervisor and stated he could answer my question. I told him about the estimate and he then stated that I must have 15 stairs and the tech was charging $5.00 a stair to clean so $75.00. I told him the tech did not tell me this and he stated there was nothing he could do. All in all this was a terrible experience. I was even referred to you all by my Realtor Nancy White with Remax and have followed up with her as well telling her about my experience. Just wanted to let you know that I would not recommend your company to anyone with the terrible customer service I was given.

What do you like about our products and services?

The soil does not return like it does with other carpet cleaning services. The service men have good attitudes and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and offering. If not completely satisfied, you will come back and make it right.

Although the young man tried very hard, he really overdid it and tried too hard, by trying to sell more and more services......he kept interrupting me by wanting to talk about my throw rugs, granite, etc. He also broke a floor lamp in his zeal to do a good job......honestly, I felt sorry for him...especially when I told him I would wait to pay once we had reached a satisfactory solution to replacing my lamp. The carpet cleaning was okay, but still have pet odors.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

For some reason, scheduling seemed to be a major challenge this time. I was supposed to receive a call, but I finally called you and was told we were in a window from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM. I should have been able to schedule the time when I called to make the appointment. Also, while your representative who came to our house was polite and friendly, he made a comment about how worn out our carpet is, which is completely not accurate, and I really didn't appreciate it.

The carpet was wonderfully clean and smelled great but what what really struck me as outstanding was the Tech (Jared) and his great and helpful attitude that made us completely change who we get our carpets cleaned by!!!! Thanks Jared for such a wonderful experience!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet cleaner said it would take 2 - 4 hours to dry. At 10 a.m. the following morning the carpet in the master bedrooma and master bathroom were still quite wet. To prevent from stepping on wet carpet we laid down a towel to step out of the shower and it left a HORRIBLE spot. Also, as we walked on the carpet in these two rooms new spots began to come out. I called Zerorez and spoke with Jeff and Mgr. Cindy. She said someone would come out at 1:30 to redo these two rooms. I explained I had 60 people coming over for a bithday dinner. She said guy would be there at 1:30. At 2:15 I called again and Cindy said guy was still in Rowlett "finishing" a job and I was next. That would have been another hour, the same hour my guests would be arriving so without an apology from Cindy until I mentioned it to her, she rescheduled me for Monday. Monday a new rep came out and said he couldn't take out the stain where the towel had been laid while we stepped out of the shower so now I have a HORRIBLE spot there forever! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!! Cindy assured me that another manager in charge of refunds would be in contact with me. It is now 1:30 p.m on Tuesday and still no call from such person!!! PLEASE CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I start...
Arrival window was from 4-6pm. Technician did not call until 6:30pm to advise that he would be there in 20 minutes.
Kitchen tile was not completely cleaned as shown in the demonstration.
Technicians did not wear shoe covers during job there from leaving shoe prints in the kitchen.
Master Bath shower was not cleaned to a professional standard. I feel like I could have cleaned it equally as well with standard home products.
Also master bath shower was damaged during cleaning because the technician hit the corner of a shelf with his steamer tool.
We requested that we be giving some extra Styrofoam blocks to get furniture off the wet carpet, they left with out honoring that request.
They rushed through the job probably because it was 10pm on Sat night. I feel like my service should not be compromised regardless of the time.
I requested a patch service but apparently between the dispatcher and technician there was a communication breakdown because the technicians showed up without the equipment to provide the service.
I have agreed to have the service redone. I am however, concerned with the policy of trying to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by offering to provide what could potentially be more unsatisfactory service. I think it is important for you to know that I had another a option (Ripleys) that were willing to provide a similar service for $200 less. The reason I chose Zerorez is because of the Saturday service and timing is an issue for my situation. It is inconvenient and unsatisfactory to have to schedule a second appointment during the week because your company failed the first time. If it was the case where I wanted it completed during the week I would have chose the company that was $200 cheaper. Service could not have been better, your tech was professional, friendly and fast,got right to his work. I really like that he called to let me know he would be a little late. The lady that helped me with my appointment was great so pleasant and willing to help me with such short notice. You helped me at such short notice. I will call you the next time I need carpets. What do you like about our products and services?

high quality cleaning that makes everything look new and smell fresh.
I would suggest that all Zero Rez representatives that come to clean ALWAYS use the furniture protection cones around the furniture when the bring in the longhoses. My TV entertainment center had 2 chips out of it when the gentleman accidently bumped into the center. I will have to touch up with special paint.

Over all, everyone has always been very profesional, courteous, and I am always going to use Zero Rez.

The technician was very professional, courteous, friendly, and took the time to explain how the process is different than other carpet cleaning services. He did a fantastic job and worked hard on getting stains removed.
