I waited four weeks to see if our carpet stains resurfaced -- they did not! Zerorez took them out and they appear to be gone! Service was good, technician was courteous. It took a while for the carpet to dry, but that is to be expected with steam cleaning. Thanks, Zerorez.

Tell the customer the cost to clean the "landing" is not included in the cost of the stairs so its not a surprise on the day of service.

Your cleaners clumsily moved their equipment and chipped the side of my wall off.

The carpets were cleaned nice and quick. The guys came right over from the next door neighbor without any fuss. I did a little research on the net to understand what the chemical actually is in the empowered water and really didn't care so long as the carpets get cleaned up. The carpets are clean and look much brighter. Overall if the wife is happy, I am happy. Enough said.

The technicans were professional in every way and they did an excellent job. The best carpet cleaning I have experienced. I will never use another carpet cleaning service, as many stain areas that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove were removed. The two technicians that were sent to my home are an assest to your Co.

Although I was very happy with your work, I was extremely surprised by the cost. I don't understand how you can advertise cleaning 3 whole rooms for less than $100, but charge over $400 to clean 3 pieces of furniture. For that reason, I would be very hesitant to recommend your company. The one time I did recommend you, the technician was unable to remove ink from the carpet. Your ads pretty much state that you can get ANYTHING out of carpets. I would not have thought that ink would be a problem. I hope you consider my comments.
