It is clean!
The carpet specialist who came to our home was so professional, very courteous. A company might do a wonderful job advertising, but it's your people out in the field that leave us with an impression of your company.
I'm not sure. The young man who seemed to be the senior member of the team was just so flippant that I had the idea that he could care less. The other man, George, was just learning his job and seemed to want to do a good job.
I left the two of them to do their work and I don't think they moved the chairs or even the pillows on the floor. When they left, I felt I had received a "half-baked" job.
That there are no worries about the harmful effects of chemicals. Also, the two babies slept right through the carpets being cleaned. I was afraid the noise would be much louder.
That the carpets look so nice but must admit I was disappointed that the stain by my daughters bed did not come clean. I know that he worked on it but said he couldn't get it out. When asking my daughter what had caused the stain, she said she had spilled a soda on the carpet. After learning what type of stain it was, he said that if it was soda, he normally could get it out. Is there anyway that someone could come back & work only on that stain especially after we spent $1,000.
The Tec was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job got out all the stains including pet stains. We are very pleased.
The gentleman worked very hard to get the stains out, even tho they did not come out, but lightened up some. The house smelled nice and clean with what product he used. Very good job!
I was very impressed with the brush machine that worked the cleaning solution in the carpet and pulled up the nap, made my carpets really look clean and also new. my carpets are going on 10 years old, and from me taking excellent care and having this cleaning done I want be out the expense having new carpet installed
The carpets looked nice, but the technician was careless when he was moving my dining room table and took the paint and texture off of the wall. It is about the size of a half dollar.

I was very impressed with Ron. He was very helpful in us making a decision on our bathroom floor! And with him giving us the help with removing the carpet in the bathroom and didn't charge, I will always come back to Zerorez for all my flooring needs!

Jared came at the appointed time, he went above and beyond my expectations in getting out stains that I never thought would come out, and he finished in less time than expected. He was very polite and efficient. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez.

My floors are a mess. White chalky coating everywhere. It is now all over my dark hardwood floors. I have mopped and vacuumed and mopped and vacuumed and mopped some more and it will not go away. Technicians had no idea why they were called to my house and were surprised that I had tile flooring and needed just a few small touch ups done from original cleaning just a few weeks prior. Technician knocked a statue off of desk while looking for electrical outlet and the statue shattered everywhere. All this damage was done is less than 45 minutes...total time they were here.
Areas that needed touched up are no different than they were prior to yesterday and my floors are a mess. I do not know what can be done to redeem this situation. I do know that my neighbor that recommended Zerorez cannot believe what my floors look like and will not use you again either. This is such a disappointment to me and I hope I can get my floors back like they were before yesterday.

The guys that came out were very nice and professional. I don't, however, know that the pet stain treatment that was an extra $60 did anything.

The fact that you raised the knap of the carpet up before you cleaned so that more of the carpet actually was cleaned. The carpet looked more like new, smelled clean, we are considering keeping our carpeting longer, thanks to Zero Rez.
