I was dispionated that you could not remove the paint on my carpet! The techigion did explain fibers for carpet ahared to paint. He was very through! My carpets look better but the paint stain was not removed.
The stain was only a week old ; water base paint was used.
Accordinaly to your advertisements; you can remove anything! I would have felt That your staff have developed a treatment that could be used to adhere the paint for waterbase paint. It was not a lot of spillage. I had already used oxyclean!

There was a problem with the service I received on Friday, March 1st. I received little to no "real" help from Cindy and Jeff, but worst of all the manager I spoke with, Brad, was even less professional, almost calling me a liar to my face. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW JUST HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YOU REALLY ARE!

I wanted my money back. The gentlemen who treated my carpet were very nice. So, this has nothing to do with them. Simply, the topical treatment/cleaning did not work. It's very hard to tell for certain until the carpet has dried, hours later. I was told I can't get my money back. That is totally unacceptable.

I got the job done quickly.

Jose, our service rep. was very polite and knowledgeable. I liked that he determined where urine stains were first and then cleaned the carpet appropriately.

The personnel were awesome. I have his card and will only ask for him going forward. They made 5 year old carpet look brand new

There were a couple spots completely missed, that I had to clean up after the technician left. I was told that two other spots could not be cleaned up at all. I was able to get those spots up completely afterwards. If I remember correctly the zeroez tv commercials advertise that there is virtually no dry time. It took 5 hrs for my carpets to dry. This was my first experience with zeroez and my last. I was overcharged, which is getting resolved now. I will stick with the other carpet cleaning company that I've used in the past. I'm not quiet sure what could be done to make things right.
