I don't recall how your fee went from quote of $104. to closer to $475. I said ok cuz you were the only carpet cleaner of 3 that showed up. So that was a plus in your favor. & The blacklight flashlight was good sales thing,yet they didn't show me the blacklight test after the carpet was cleaned. Yes the carpet looks good,but still its a big jump.I am a housekeeper,not a rich man. If I treated my prospective customers like that,i'd not have any.& no referrels either.the $104. felt like a teaser afterwards.not a good feeling.

I was sold on the pet treatment and paid extra $60/room to do it so that urine smells would not surface while entertaining during our daughter's wedding celebration the first weekend in March. However the most recent area that had been immediately attended to by me and then treated and cleaned by you did not work. The stain showed up more and the smell was worse than before you cleaned the area. You came out two days later and used oxidizer and cleaned area again and the odor has been eliminated but it makes me question the effective of the pet treatment that I paid $180 since it didn't work even on the a very recent spot on brand new carpet.

Also I did notice that the carpets that were cleaned did get out almost all of the stains but the carpet feels more coarse since the cleaning and the fibers are less supple. Will the suppleness return in time and with vacuuming?

The carpet cleaning was Excellent! I was quoted a price of $109. There were 3 oil spots on the carpet where my dog lays. I was told to get the spots out, it would cost $240. I agreed because that is why I wanted the carpets cleaned. I was told there was urine in the carpets & the whole house would smell like urine if I didn't have that cleaning done for an additional $240. I declined. When the cleaning was completed.
When the cleaning was completed, I was not charged $109 as originally quoted, nor the $240 I had agreed to but $376.96. That was disappointing & disheartening. My $100 carpet cleaning in 45 minutes, changed to $376 in 1 hour.

Your guys did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and our tile. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. They thanked us for our patience because it was taking longer than their estimated time for the job. We couldn't be happier with the results!
We had our carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer about two years ago. Their job was unacceptable. They also stretched our carpet by using high temperatures. We will have to have it professionally trimmed and reattached to the tack strips. We had Stanley come out two additional times with no results.
We thank you so much. We didn't even realize the tile could look so good!

Clean and effective

I have used Zerorez in the past with great success. My tech had an excellent attitude and work ethic. However, I originally paid $99 special for 3 rooms and an extra room free (bathroom). I spent an extra $100 for some type of pet odor removal. Today, my carpet is still damp and my whole house smells horrible, I can hardly stay in here. Did a very good job cleaning my carpet, but I was told carpet would be dry in 2 to 4 hrs. Took much longer. That was okay, but wish I had known ahead of time how long the actual drying process would be.

Brandon was very professional, He first used a nifty blacklight to find pet stains in the carpet then recommende that we treat in several rooms. He explained the process and asked for any concerns that we had. He called his supervisor to consult on how to get rid of cigarette smells. Most imnpressive was that Brandon knew his task was to get our carpet clean, not to just clean our carpet. Believe me, there is a big difference. Zerorez will be added to our team! There is no need to try anyone else.

Luke did an excellent job getting the pet/miscellaneous stains out of our carpet and answering our questions about follow-up care. We were very pleased with the results.

The stains on the carpet came out better than I expected. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were very personable and friendly.

The heavy traffic area along with the carpet edge where the tile meets still looked a bit dirty.
