When Tim arrived and looked at my carpet, we both knew that the carpet had issues. However, he took great care and the carpet turned out beautifully! I was very impressed with the results and especially with Tim. He is very caring and a wonderful asset to your company! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and when I am able to take advantage of other services that your company offers, I would request Tim Moore.
I love your product, which is why I keep using you. I love your technology, but at times get a technician who for some reason doesn’t seem to take advantage of it. I don’t know why Kermit had to come and do the job of another technician who just did not get the carpet clean. It had only been three months since it was cleaned by Josh who did a perfect job. Since we were having tenants moving in the next morning Kermit was able to fit it into his schedule. He did a perfect job and he worked hard with a smile! I really appreciated you for sending him at the last minute to correct the problem.
Carpets look like new and stay clean longer.

I like that your service does not use any harsh chemicals to clean the carpets, so it is safer for my children. I also appreciate that the price quoted to me over the phone was the same price I was charged. The service technician was quick, did a thorough job, and didn't try to "up sell" us.
If this was my first experience wit Zerorez, I would not recommend you to anyone. The carpet was left wet (it took over 24 hours to dry) and the technician didn't put blocks under the wooden furniture legs to keep them off the wet carpet. I just hope the carpet is not going to be stained from the color on the wood. Very disappointed in this trip where I was raving about the service from my first experience.
I like the way the carpet is raked when it is cleaned. It looks wonderful.

The actual price doubled what I was quoted over the phone. I felt bait and switched.
The fact that the cleaners used are safe for the environment, people, and pets was the biggest reason we used zerorez. We are very happy with the results.

Your tech was very rude and disagreeable. He said he was not s supposed to move anything. Therefore he only cleaned the middle of the rooms. He also took pictures of the inside of my house without our permission. He had a very poor attitude. I feel I should receive a full refund with an explanation of the pictures.I will have to get my carpet cleaned by another company. Please have a supervisor call me.
