This past visit, all the stains didnt come out but i have never had that w yall before so i am willing to use yall again:) i like that the carpet dries so quick & no soaps are used:) The service people yall have that come clean are Always so nice & friendly!!:)
The pet spots that I paid extra to have taken out did not come out.

Your appointment setter and I discussed that I heard the special on the radio, (was Gene & Julie, now Tony Zaza) but I don't think I was charged the special. I only had (2) rooms done and I ended up paying about $120.
My bedroom still has a couple of spots that look like they were not pretreated. I also did not get a receipt which has never happened before.
I had several friends asked me to let them know how I liked your service and cleaning. I usually use Kiwi or Dalworth and after this experience, I would recommend them before I would recommend Zerorez. They never left spots and weren't as expensive or had noninclusive fees ($10.00 fee for trip, water or something not included in the price).

all except prices were quoted to me one week and the next it changed and there was no reverting back to the previous prices. I need to know how to get my free $100 gift card.

The stains are mostly gone and I'm pleased with that. Your staff was really friendly. My carpet seems stiff and that surprised me. I'm a little disappointed by that.
I LIKED THAT THE GENTELMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DIDN'T TRY TO OVERSELL ME ON TO MANY ITEMS.

I didn't love how the two techs went between my master bathroom and the front door and a library (where they were cleaning upholstery)numerous times. I felt like I could't keep an eye on them. Would have preferred that they brought everything they needed and worked in one area or another, but not back and forth through out my house without me. Every time I entered a room to look, I felt like one of them went somewhere else. I trust Zero Rez but I didn't get a secure feeling. One of them even slipped away to a different bathroom and used it. He could have asked me and of course he could have used it, but when I found the bathroom door uncharacteristically closed after they left, indicating someone had been there without me knowing, again...not a great feeling.
The technician was knowledgable, very friendly and extremely helpful. Outstanding outcome. Will definetly recommend his services
The fact that you don't use harsh chemicals
On time. Removed a stain we thought would not come out.
It only took him about 10 minutes to clean 4 rooms, and they do not look good after he was done. :(
The service was great from the beginning to the end. Very professional and understanding.
Technician explained process and expected results and answered our questions completely. His work was thorough and he explained the drying time and process. A small high traffic hallway that 2 other carpet cleaning services had not been able to get clean was the true test. We are thrilled with the results. The carpet is soft and plush. Thank you Zerorez.

Well first of all, the driver almost ran into my car backing out, and second my carpet doesn't look as clean as it did the first time I had it done by this company
Everything, the carpet looks great and I loved the kind and courteous service.
Timely, appears to be effective.
Estimate time of drying with protectant at 12 to 14 hours with fans not 4 hours.
Although we were charged extra for spot treatment, some of the spots remained. (I don't mean the furniture stain or the rust spots. I know those are permanent. I mean tea stain and other spots.) Also, the corners in the bathroom didn't look like they had been cleaned at all. I know it is a tough area to reach, but if real cleaning is the objective, they could/should have been addressed.
