The tech did an awesome job on explaining everything to me. My rug is now cleaner then what it has ever been from other services I have used in the past. However, I have a terrible pee smell coming from the carpet that we did the enzyme treatment on. I will contact the office about having that treated again.
no soap, per se. I like the machine that fluffs up the carpet ...and digs up old crud.(wow!!)

We were charged extra 4 times for stain treatment, and ALL of the stains are still very visible. Also, the obvious dirt in the high traffic areas was not removed to our satisfaction.
The stains in our carpet were completely removed and the technician who provided service was outstanding.
Don't offer a $99 4 room special and pressure to sell-up to a $700 job.

Make sure that the technician that comes out the first time knows what he is doing. It took 2 trips to get the blood out of our carpet as the first tech. did not do it correctly

They were prompt and the phone calls to let me know the ETA were extremely helpful. I am very pleased with the overall cleaning and appearance of my carpets.
