How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Had to have tech come back to adress odor after initial cleaning. Entryway marble floor left with cloudy residue on it. Tech gave the number of a guy to have it cleaned by. Just overall not really that happy with whole experience.

Quite a few spots came back. Either they weren't treated correctly or you can't get them out.

Your technician was professional and honest when we discussed expectations regarding the cleaning of my aged carpet. He did a great job and it looks better than I thought it could. I will definitely refer your company and will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

The technician that came out was very professional and knowledgable of the performance of services and recommended a few extras to supplement the standard cleaning process and highlighted their values. During the cleaning process was very efficient and maintained a "clean" work environment.

Joseph was the most knowledgeable carpet tech we have ever had clean our carpets, couch and vents. I was also impressed with quality of service and willingness to work with us on pricing. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future, and hopefully, Joseph will be the one doing the job!

The customer service and the individual who came out to the house were fantastic!! The carpets were spotless after the cleaning. No odor or chemicals. Very happy with Zerorez and will plan to use services again.

I like your cleaning system using water ! I was disappointed with the quote
I was given over the phone even when I gave specific needs. Pet odor
, 1 roomtile 2 rooms of carpet . I did like the service mans willingness
To work with me. The price was twice what I was quoted but I needed it

Did a very thorough job, worked to resolve stain issues, arrived on time and cleaned up after. Overall, Randy did a great job and I was very pleased with the results.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was not happy with the tech that was here to do my carpets after I stated I just wanted the 99.00 special he was very rude and took a total of about 25 min to shot steam into my carpet and be on his way. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company, and I would never recommend you to anyone!!
