The cleaning seemed to be great, but the smell left once the carpet dried is not appealing to say the least.

I like not having soap residue left in the carpet.

While the technician was friendly and informative, the services were lacking. The price changed multiple times from the first quote given over the phone, to the higher quote given in person after some services were completed, to the ending price being more than double what we expected to pay. The technician said he was unable to remove stains in a room but continued the service anyway and charged a greater amount. The work done on the stair case was completely unnoticeable and if I had not seen him work on it I would not know anything had been done. In another room, the stains he came back up within a few days. If the stains were so bad that zerorez could not remove them, I wish he had spoken up before continuing the service so we could use the money to replace carpet instead of wasting time and money on services that will not have a lasting effect.

Got my carpet very clean. Was done quickly and efficiently.

The person doing the work was very nice and did a good job. This was my first experience with carpet cleaners. I wish I had known that he was not going to move anything and I would have had the items that were not heavy out of the way before he arrived. We had come crates that I could have moved to the cabinet tops had I known that he would not move items. He did move the trash cans.

They work. The tech explained what needed to b done where I could understand. He didn't try to oversell. I appreciate that. The tech was respectful and very pleasant. He worked steadily.

Excellent experience and service. Technician, Roy A. from Dallas was a delight to have in our home--informative, hard working, fun, and great with our toddler. The price was very good. The results are fantastic and we will certainly use Zerorez again.

Recommended by Russell Rhodes Realty. Carpet cleaning was very disappointing compared to other companies used in the past. I have certainly had better experiences and therefore would not recommend Zerorez to any of my friends. I will let Russell know as well that he should reconsider referring customers to your company. Had a tech come out to give an estimate, then on day of appointment were to the tech had missed some things and price was almost $300 more than estimate

The carpets were actually clean. All the others I have tried did not work. When the carpets dried the stains were still there. With Zerorez the stains were gone!!!

no smell and the drying time is great. great people and love the booties they wear. also, none of that pushy "upgrade" speech. already told a lot of friends about you.

i liked your service and the technician who came to my house. but you are clearly among the most expensive and the final price was even $70 higher than initially quoted. my carpet was quite dirty and the technician worked vigorously to get all of the spots and soiled areas. there are some still left and for what i paid i would have expected a little better results. in accordance with the warranty, i am going to request that a return visit be made for a second attempt. that will be the real test. based upon that warranty compliance, i would definitely consider future service and referrals.

I don't know. The first treatment had extra work included. Results were great. Supposedly the second treatment has some additional treatment but my carpet did not smell near as clean and fresh as the first time. It made me wonder if the cleaning solution wasn't diluted. I will use you again just to see how it comes out the third time.
