I have heard noting but good things on the radio and from other people about Zerorez. Our carpets were "cleaned" by another company before we moved in back in August. Not!! We could smell the difference in or home after the cleaning as well as still see it a day later. Richard was the technician here and he was extremely nice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tech was very rushed once he found out the extra tile cleaning & sealing was going to take place. Forgot to seal our master bath tile. Now we have to schedule more time off from work to be home to get ZeroRez to correct the problem or refund us the amount. I also found the $928 to clean our four small rooms of carpet and 3 very tiny tile baths, 1 medium size bath, kitchen tile & entry incredibly over priced!!!. Plus, I know I have dog stains which weren't addressed, because he was overly rushed to get our job done. I've had others do the entire home of carpet, plus all the tile for well under $700. I feel incredibly ripped off. He was incredbly polite & courteous, but failed to satisfy my needs for the money we spent. I fail to see the value!

The service person seemed to move the steamer over the carpet pretty quick. I was wondering if the vacuum was down long enough to sterilize the carpet.

No strong chemical smells , a nice clean smell was nice . The guy did a great job, very knowledgable and got to his job.
you charge too much for staircases.
The carpets are always so soft and clean when finished. The service technicians are friendly and helpful and so professional. This last time, the time was moved up and my husband couldn't come home to move some furniture that was near a spot that needed cleaning and I am being treated for serious back problems and so couldn't move the furniture, either. The tech said "No problem" and proceeded to move the furniture for me! In addition, he did a most thorough cleaning of our carpets.

Like that you don"t use detergents. This was a rental property and the carpets were terrible. Can't believe they are the same carpets. You all do a great job. This is the 2nd time I have used your cleaning service and I recommend you highly to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.
