What do you like about our products and services?

My carpet is like new!!! I have a picture that is totally amazing to see. Let me know and I would be happy to send it to you for proof of the miracle! My carpet returned from dingy brown, even in high traffic areas, to beige again.
Cesar was professional and did an outstanding job.

The only problem I encountered was I did not receive a phone call to tell me the window of time on Saturday. I called Friday and a CSR told me I did not have an appt. Therefore I did not have time to prepare, again, Cesar was wonderful and assisted in that area too.

What could we do to improve?

More than one person might make it a shorter time. Never have had just one person clean carpet before, always a team. The technician worked extremely hard and as fast as one person could have been expected to do. He was outstanding on his own, but 3 hours at that pace of movement seems to really pushing someone to do that at every stop. I was end of day so cannot imagine how tired he was, if working alone at this pace all day. Fortunately, I didn't have previous plans, as never had taken than long of a time period to do carpets before. I am very pleased with results.

Everything! The tech, Darwin, was awesome! He went over and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied. Our carpets look amazing and we will definitely use Zerorez again and again and again. We have recommended Zerorez to several of our friends already! Thank you Zerorez!

I was not happy with the quoted price. I was also not happy about the extra cost of all the pet cleaner. I was also not happy with all the up-selling. Especially after we discussed this was a rental home.I really felt taken advantage of. I will not be using this company again.

The vehicle used by the Zerorez technician was parked "on our property" (circle drive-front of house) from arrival through departure. During the time at the service address the vehicle leaked oil on the circle drive, leaving an oil stain in the front of the house. I called Zerorez and spoke to the representative answering the phones on friday afternoon, who identified herself as Kristen and explained the disappointment.Kristen indicated that I would need to speak to Brad, the customer service manager for a resolution. Please have Brad, the customer service manager call Phone number removed on monday 4/1 to discuss a resolution. Thank you.

What could we do to improve?

Improve on your price quotes. I went to the effort of having someone come out to estimate stretching 3 areas in my home. I was quoted 1.10 per square foot over the phone, as well as for the estimate. The estimate came in at about 500.00. When it actually came to doing it an paying for it, the price jumped to 1.25 per square foot and the total cost of just the stretching came to over 1000.00!!!! I understand the add-ons for the carpet cleaning, but I thought I was pretty safe with the stretching estimate. I ultimately did get it for 1.10 square foot, but even at that it was still over 1000.00. The guy that estimated said the stretching was guaranteed for 5 years. The guy who did it said the guarantee was only 2 years. Why the discrepancies in your prices???? I wasn't happy about all that. Also, when I made the appt I specifically said I wanted the stretching and cleaning done on the same day, but yet, the first 2 guys arrived without stretching equipment. You need to improve your communications!

Out technician (whose name I knew, but have waited so long to fill out the survey that I forgot it), was marvelous. No muss, no fuss. So polite and efficient.
I like the 'green' approach. We are really clean -- and believe me, we had PET STAINS.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that you have a product that is 100% effective. I like the team you sent out yesterday -- they have the ability and sense to understand clients' specific needs and respond to them. The first team that came about 6 months ago were young and came and did exactly what was ordered and were not as well versed at salesmanship. That comes with maturity and experience. I will refer people to you and work with your office to make sure we get each name to your referral list. I have an interior design firm and my clients will certainly hear about Zerorez.
