What do you like about our products and services?

There was no chemical smell afterwards. My wife was very pleased with the job and I was very pleased with the tech (Daniel). Great job! Our carpets feel like new and look that way too.

I was disappointed at the high price for any additional treatments. I got hooked in on the special basic price and was not preparaed for the exorbitant prices for pet treatment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This is the third time I have used Zerorez. The first two times, I was extremely pleased and is why I continue to use your service. This time, however, I was very displeased. When the technician arrived he had trouble pulling the van into my driveway, it took him several attempts and he left tire marks on my lawn (I have pictures). He did not even mention nor did he apologize for the damage to the lawn. I have appreciated previous technicians for being very neat in their uniform, which has left a good impression on me. This technicians shirt was untucked and one side of his collar was buttoned down while the other was sticking straight up in the air. Als, he did not appear to be sharp, as in he was either very tired or slightly intoxicated, although I smelled no alcohol. He stumbled over the basic question of how much an additonal room would be. Based on my previous experience with other technicians, I will likely use Zerorez next tie I have a need, however if there is a repeat of this experience, it will be the last time.

Daniel the service tech. was sooooo nice and friendly, I would recommend Zerorez to friends and family just for Daniel alone. The carpets were sooo clean and nice that I think I will only use Zerorez for all my flooring needs.

I like that you don't use anything but water/steam to clean. I like that you call before you come. I have dogs that need to be put out.

My only complaint is that my hall was not listed on the work order even though I told both people who I spoke to that I had a hall and that cost me extra. I didn't think to ask if protecter was included and no one mentioned it to me and that cost 160.00 extra. I was expecting to pay about 250.00 to 275.00 and it cost me 432.16. I was very satisfied with the technician, Daniel and the results are very good.

What could we do to improve?

There seems to be a residue that remained on the tile for the areas that were not dried fully and left to air dry. I had to relearn the tile with and scrubber washer machine that I currently own. Other than that the grout and tile were definitely cleaned up a great deal. It worked best on the grout cleaning

What could we do to improve?

Do the pre-treating as advertised BEFORE getting the carpet so wet (in cleaning.) Then the technician would not have had to come back to treat areas that didn't come clean.s

Also, the first technician used so much water that the carpet was not dry in many spots up to 3 days later. The 2nd technician noticed wet areas even up to a week later when he returned to do the "pre-treating" (after initial cleaning w/o any pre-treatment -- which is stated in the WRR ad.)

The first technician was poorly trained, didn't know the ad steps promised, and was not very kind -- was condescending and chauvinistic towards women.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have had our carpets professionally cleaned four times before Zerorez. I was always amazed how quickly the other companies got in and out but disappointed on how well they did. Zerorez wasn't quick but thorough. They used a brush machine that pulled up gobs of black cat fur which was matted in the fibers of our light beige carpet. We had never noticed the fur before but the sad thing about it is, we have lived here six years and don't have pets. The other companies did not clean well. Our carpets look great now!

I don't like the way I am being treated. I am doing everything within my budget, and within what should be appropriate and reasonable to take care of one particular area within one room to be rid of *smell (*most important), and stain. Very inappropriate and unacceptable, condescending remarks/suggestions from Zeroez.

What do you like about our products and services?

You did an awesome job on our floors. We are very happy with the results. Our house feels so clean again. We will definitely use you again and refer you to our friends. I even posted on our neighborhood Facebook page on what a great job you did. The gentleman that came was very friendly and accommodating. He was on time. Even a little early. I work from home and was able to continue my business while he worked. Thank you. KW
