The truth is I have and will continue to recommend you to friends...HOWEVER, you have problems with communications! Anthony was wonderful and did an excellent job on our carpeting. Jeff Evans manning the phones was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am still, however, awaiting a call from a "supervisor" to get my tack strip and z-bar replaced. When the carpeting was stretched last week, Kermit didn't have what he needed to complete the job. He assured me the rep coming out last Monday (Anthony) would have it. He did not and wasn't aware he needed it despite a message I left early Monday morning to remind your office! That, and a few other glitches along the way have been an unfortunate annoyance and didn't have to happen. Sign me "still waiting in Highland Village".
The staff are polite and professional. They give good advice on keeping my home healthy.

Your technician was courteous (Tony) and prompt. He did an excellent job. I was concerned it was taking a while to dry but it was a cloudy damp day. Was dry by the next morning.

Said they would be here at 4:00. They showed up 1:15 mins late.
They walked in with muddy shoes. Carpet cleaning guys with muddy shoes.
They drug their vacuum hose across the newly planted flower bed breaking several of them.
The cleaning itself worked great but the rest of it made it an annoying experience. The guys were nice but careless in the instances I stated above.
I was not aware of the extra cost for pets. I think the tech did a great job and I'm happy with the carpet but it cost more then what I originally had thought it would be. I prefer to know up front that pet pre-treatment is extra because 90% of the people I know get their carpet cleaned because of their pets!

I appreciate the fact that when the first set of techs left my carpets way too wet that Zerorez did not hesitate in having someone else come out and fix the problem. They sent Austin who was amazing and so kind about explaining everything. He several times had me check to make sure the carpets were dry enough. Now my carpets look amazing. I have already been telling others about the great job and excellant customer service. In addition to the wonderful organic products. Thanks for everything.

the last tech which came to our house was very pleasant and caring.
Damage done to my house on the first visit from zerorez was never repaired or properly handled. The only reason I continue to use the service is the process. If I could obtain the same process from another vendor, as one day will happen, I would utilize another service. Obviously enough business is available that the owner does not feel the need to back his service commitment. Someday he will have competition and he may wish he had paid more attention to this detail. Regardless, what goes around comes around.
